- I’m here learning like everyone else trying to improve the castle community hopefully this makes sense I’ve seen the changes from trying it but time will tell if I keep at it I’m only showing what I’ve tried I don’t recommend to anybody I don’t want to be at fault for damage to your esc or motor etc….
Love what you’re doing homie ! Keep up the great work and content!
Appreciate that Fam and will do
Very interesting info!
Thanks for the shout out 😉
Appreciate that stew and any time hopefully it’s useful
Thanks man! Heading out to test tonight keep the content coming and long videos are a plus.
Truly appreciate that and will do thanks for stopping threw
Makes sense gonna try it thanks for the heads up Castle really seems heavy duty just need to know the demon tweaks…👍
Great observations bro. These motors are beasts. I was looking for a way to lower the bottom end hit on this motor and by adding a decent motor start timing I could lower the low down torque. 🤔
Good information bud, always enjoy your videos...👍
Truly appreciate that and glad you enjoy I’ll keep it coming for sure
Whats good my Brother💯💯💯✊🏾😎
Same ole my brother hope all is well with you 💪🏽
Thanks for the info bro …you should get a lot of views 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
Hopefully it works I don’t want anybody thinking I’m doing it for views im just trying to share the knowledge 💪🏽 but I know the castle fans will come lol
@@RcFunDrizzy hopefully it does …my car be spinning tires after the 40 feet
@@dadon197922 with castle motor bro ?
@@dadon197922 and are you using the futaba ?
@@RcFunDrizzy yeah I’m using futaba 7px
Wow Thanks for sharing! This is really cool !
Appreciate that and hopefully it works lol thanks for watching
Is it a four pole motor or a two pole motor?
I am asking because in a four pole motor your have a pole every 90⁰ so when you go over 45⁰ the magnets would try to pull the rotor to the other direction that is why it will start to heat up especially if the motor is not reving high!
Motor and esc+ gearing? Im getting ready to modify my stock slesh, but im still trying to figure the sweet spit on a 7700tp with copperhead
Thank you for that help💪💪💪
Hopefully it works just a theory at the moment
@@RcFunDrizzy I do have that mamba 6s with 3.0T motor and I wanna know how you do the scramble bottom. What does and how I can put it on my transmitter
@@dragracewithfiguerc7363 I’ll do a video on it next week or this weekend it’s a little complicated but it’s in the R mode
@@RcFunDrizzy I will be waiting on that video. Thanks for your content 💪💪💪
Thanks for sharing the great info.are rpms increase on log
So I have notice it a bit but I only added 5 so far will have to keep testing to see
Great info I know you said can timing, what do you run in your can.
So on my 3.0 I believe it came set to 30
Thank you
Does the mamba 6s esc has cheat code also?
Yes it does just have to update it to the latest software
cool information and video
Appreciate that and thanks for watching
Hey bud I sent Castle a message to the tech support asking about your 65 degrees of timing. Apparently you can either have 20 degrees total timing in smart sense or a total of 45 degrees in cheat but they can not be combined.
Yea we have established this it was something I was trying as I said in the video numerous times repeatedly and I spoke to them as well
Bruhhh I always wondered about this and ima try it tonight .
Keep me posted if you see anything different or whatever would like to know other peoples conclusions on this
Yes sir il let ya know in about 6 hrs
Question: have you run into situations where you have gripper/lower shore tires and have them get less traction (hopping/skipping). I have heard of this before but, wanted your insight. I am running 30 shore foams on 4wd set up and does not have as much traction as I would expect. 35 and 37 foam “feel” better. In your opinion, when you have enough torque to break loose a softer tire, should you stay that way or go to a harder tire (a little bit) and have it slip instead of skip/hop? Thanks for the help
So this applies to temps outside so I would use a softer foam in the colder weather and use a harder foam in the summer if that makes sense and I have the same skip/hop but could be from car being to light or to much power from the start many things play a part
@@RcFunDrizzy I may have to pay a bit. Do you tend to keep front and rear tires the same or do you use harder or softer in the front compared to the rear on 4wd set-ups? Thanks for taking the time to reply
Nice video Brotha! Do you change the rpm, with that the 35 degree @10 Present timing?
So once I have my car consistent I rarely mess with rpm
Thanks brotha
What’s your adverge RPM’s? Mine is around 88-91K so I put my RPM ramp 6900-89k put 6900 in go to custom you’ll see 89k
This is real tuning and how you doing it. You tune to what tires And surface you'er on. By the way timing only is only for the motor not esc.
Timing comes out of the esc that’s my meaning
Do you think the castle is faster or as fast as the fantom 3.5t on the mm8s?
It all depends on how you set it up
Yesssir, remember the many discussions we use to have on castle LOL
😂 yep still trying to figure it out
This is interesting im gonna try it out also
Definitely let me know how it goes interested how it works for others
Will this work with a Mamba Monster X
Yes it will but pay attention to the heat it draws
Nice 👍🏼
Hopefully it works and useless
💪🏼🔥💯
💪🏽 hopefully it works
Whats the rpm range you guys using
Depends on what motor
