  • This life-size chocolate grandfather clock was created in 2018. It was one of my first large scale creations that included interactive elements. Looking back at it now, I think it’s still pretty legit. What do you guys think?

The tip behind a successful project is what the chef tells in the video. He thinks about every step and how to execute it in his mind, several times, before he enters the kitchen.

    Chef,
It's amazing to hear that you don't spent excessive time planning other than sketches. How do you include so much engineering detail? Cardboard templates?..You're definitely more refined in your technique. After so many videos, I wondered how you discovered that scoring/ scratching the internal surface before joining them with melted chocolate made it stronger. What inspired that? It's funny that your unique style of spray painting is your least favorite. I think of so many pieces that would have been beautiful unpainted. Thanks Chef!
