Looking to replace my wheel brushes soon. I was just looking it at it on Carzilla but glad I came across your video. Will not be buying this one. Wicked thumbnail on the video btw
TRC has sold that green brush for a very long time, I think this one was designed to complement it rather than replace it. With the wide variability of wheel designs, you're never going to have one brush that can clean them all. I have a set of wheels that this new brush is a perfect fit for, and it is the perfect companion to my other wheel brushes. No fraying issues here yet either.
I got this brush and although it’s soft and nice- doesn’t play with my carpal tunnel at all haha. Grip is just too thin and not ergonomic At all. Think I’m going to stick with the ultra utility brush
I’ve been using the ultra utility brush with the wood handle for a year. Finally ordered this original green wheel and body and the tire brush. Hoping for better ergonomics than the little one lol. I used that small one once, it’s useless to me at this point haha
I just ordered that green n red brush. I got this rag co brush a few weeks ago it's decent but after my first use the bristles frayed pretty bad. I'm still using it but not stoked.
@davidboyce6427 is yours getting sideways bristles too? I wanted to love it. I've probably done about 20 cars wheels with it already, but literally after the first car they went wonky.
I have used the green one with ONR before with no apparent scratching concerns, however every paint is different so I wouldn’t advise using any brush on paint.

Good review.
I think the DETAIL FACTORY PROGRIP WHEEL FACE BRUSH is a much better competitor to the green brush.

I was looking at it for this week's order... Ended up not ordering, still a bit on the fence about it...
Ok, after watching the whole video... Yeah, i am out and glad i haven't ordered it
Also the Rag Company version reminds me of the Red and Green Vikan wheel and body brush

@@kirkwilson5900 yeah I’m bummed too because I ordered 2 of them which arrived last Monday😱. Lesson learned not to buy into the hype.

@@kirkwilson5900 yeah after the first scrubbing of the bristles did not go back to being straight.
@davidboyce6427 their customer service is really good, I may ask for a refund. Good to know it wasn't only me
Right idea from Anthony and TRC but I think the execution could have been done a little better.
Would you apply either brush to your body panels?

@@DetailProjects Funny how the have the gall to label it as wheel and Body brush 👀
One is a Detail Factory the blue/gray is the Rag Company .
They’re both rag company brushes. The grey/green is the rag company wheel and body brush

Looks like a giant toothbrush
Looks like they copied the Vikan brush.
I think they iterated on it and improved it.
$5 from China
Mehhhhhh.. nothing innovative here.
