If fighting ever becomes a necessary type coverage, there is a Hisuian Decidueye still in the format we can use with Relicanth, or just two-tap by dealing damage equal to triple their current damage for 0 energy (set up future attackers with a spare energy attachment).
In this same Relicanth-available format, there is a United Wings Sniper Kilowattrel with free retreat, and a Decidueye ex that can counter Block Snorlax.
Unfortunately, we don’t have a good Honchkrow.
If you guys want to play United Wings, but don’t want to hit the Ditto Bug by accident: I would suggest using this time to experiment adding 1 each of Relicanth and the evolutions you want to use. Then, after Live fixes the bug, you’ll be more informed about if they are worth keeping, and what decks must become more prominent in the meta for them to be necessary.
If fighting ever becomes a necessary type coverage, he should make a Hisuian Arcanine V deck with Sandy Shocks and the new BMU (works similar to Galarian Zapdos but it rotated)
@@KieranDrage That’s a full on fighting deck, not fighting coverage for a United Wings deck.
In addition, in a meta with tier 1-2 Ogerpon support and multiple attackers who easily hit 230, a Hisuian Arcanine V deck will struggle in the prize trades.

I had a thought about the supporter line.... I wonder if explorers' guidance would work? I love carmine, but sometimes I don't want to lose my whole hand.
Explorer's Guidance is a very underated supporter. Not sure about in United Wings, but I have played it in other "discard" decks and it really helps. You mostly discard what you want, while keeping what you want. Unlike Carmine you can USUSALLY keep the cards you want.
Explorers is so greif tho imo everytime i use it it ferls bad

I’ve found tremendous success without all the fluff in these united wings decks. Just get rid of ditto until fixed and build a turbo deck instead with 4 boss and prime catcher. Massive win rate. Run 2 Manaphy and regidrago usually can’t get the tempo.
I'm a big fan of United Wings. I'm already wondering what will happen to it next year at rotation, I wonder if we'll see anything to take the place of ditto and double turbo.
I tried making a deck with united wings but it was too clunky. I want to use relacath to use united wings with the HP of an ex but unfortunately kilowatral ex doesn't come out yet and the new acespec is essentially for this deck. The acespec that allows you to discard 5 cards is the best for united wings.

14:42 Considering how many cards you had left in deck at the time; and at the end of the match; AND you discarded your 1 Iono a couple of turns ago, forgetting to use the ability kinda low-key actually helped a bit in my experienced opinion!!
22:52 It’s not an auto loss in Yugioh but it is generally a big advantage. But there are cards that interrupt opponent’s combos from the hand so you’re interacting turn 1 even if you haven’t gotten your first turn yet, and there are strong boardbreaking cards that can punish the opponent for overcommitting if you go second, so there are options. But if you don’t find the out, going second can be ROUGH.
There are blind second decks in Yugioh though that break the board and OTK consistently and just try to play through fully developed boards.

I haven't played online in a while and I played united wings before it was good and used ditto all the time without issue - what's the problem with it now?
Just a heads up: you could’ve used Fezandipiti ability “Flip the Script” during your first game, but you didn’t for some reason??

I don't think missing the Fezandipiti at 8 cards in deck is actually a misplay. It's probably correct to _not_ draw there.
I pretty routinely get to single digit deck numbers by mid-late game. You have iono, pal pad & rescue boarded tatsu + dipidity. You will get 3 prizes before you hard draw 8 cards not to mention super rod.
Could you make a video on a luxray/dusknoir deck? use dusk to ko yourself and fall behind bench lux using ability attach reversal and in end game use ursaluna and pgo slowbrow. Would love to see it as im struggling with my lsit. Keep up the hard work!

Try using 1-1 liepard its super consistent and the damage gets faster
ldf klawf is kinda back.... been experimenting with mochi junlge sneasler grant... can do big damage. use the sableeye as well for an extra attacker and dark damage (with mochi poison jungle sneasler weakness... its 310 dmg for gardy)

The whole "day 'x' of asking for 'y'" thing is just annoying dude. Just find a creator who already does ptcgsim content.
