Hood to the bone lol. I honestly wouldn't watch the show without Chan. He reminds everyone right off the bat that he hasn't forgotten where he came from, and it's refreshing. The fact that he can bottle up the hood and only use it when he needs it is something that I think a lot of young men and women should strive for. Nobody is asking you to change into something completely different, just take the best parts of all the things you see.
That's why those old patchwork quilts make some of the best blankets, they got a little bit of everything.

My daughter graduated from ND 2023. You are soooo right, it is a different experience. We went to visit in Feb right after the polar vortex and it was freezing. When we left the orientation that day, I looked at my husband and older son and my son says “we need to make this happen for her”. Now we are regular middle class people from St. Louis and she was the only African American that was accepted to ND from this region. She went to public school. We’re definitely not catholic but this was her dream. So we made it happen. And yes it’s a lifetime commitment. Whatever city you go to there’s ND alum. Since entering ND she’s made connections with people she probably would never had met. graduation she’s met many people and bc of alum here she has a job. Don’t get me wrong, she’s smart and determined. She was able to study in Dublin at their sister school! ND football is an experience all by itself! We were at the coldest game in years her senior year. It snowed so much we could hardly see. I’m thankful she was afforded that experience!! Go Irish!! 💛☘️💚☘️💙And Coach Marcus?😊🥰

Mr Tuck hit the nail on the head. About 20 years into coaching my son started playing and didn’t listen to me at all. His first interview with the Miami Dolphins he says “yea, they are teaching me about using my hands more!” Like boy I been yelling and stressing the technique since you were 12!!!! Ignored me being a line coach with many championships and a ring!

Hat's off to Justin Tuck for sharing his life journey as a diehard Cowboys fan.The pass rush of Giants was the business they hit the QB just as much as a running back lol. That's why they beat the Patriots.Brady was hit from the start hard and through out the game. The beat down was real for Quarterbacks when they played the Giants

I work at an elementary school in East Oakland and listening to this podcast today helped me to press on for this year as a black man serving our community. I pray that this one comment overshadows any negative comments y'all get. Y'all are doing God's work and influencing an "entire generation." I think y'all have that in mind as you give us this amazing content. As still being a newlywed during your emersion I thank you so much 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿 A lot of marriages didn't make it through the pandemic but I like to believe y'all have helped me "be a real one" form y'all device.
