  • Why I Use SP404MK2 Compression on my MPC ONE to make Sampled Hip Hop .......
A subscriber asked me a great question on one of my videos..... If I use a compressor on the master while I am making a sample based hip hop beat.
I wanted to dive deeper into this topic, and explain why I keep my SP 404 MKII after my MPC ONE in the signal chain. Its a very convenient way to double check, or "Taste Test" your mixes to show you what can be added, or give you a better idea of when it is finished.
Peace to all of my viewers and subscribers, I appreciate y'all. Subscribe for more beatmaking, collabs, tutorials, and much more.

Thanks for watching! for my viewers, do you prefer making beats with samples or make melodies from scratch?
