    Happy Friday Eve Lexi and thanks for this very informative video. I follow you on both IG and youtube and you absolutely rock!! You are beyond inspiring and are so personable and easy to listen to that you really have a way of making the "impossible" seem easily "possible"...and it's so GENUINE! Thanks for being one of the greats who continue to share, encourage and inspire....many individuals who've met their goals forget "the struggle" but you are such a much needed beautiful and humble slice of pie. Your efforts to reach many of us still struggling are definitely not in vain. I personally want to thank you because it was your videos that truly inspired me to call anytime fitness and get a membership to reboot my journey! Have a blessed day!!!🎉😃🙌👍👍🙌😍🎉

    This shows that your changed your lifestyle vs dieting which is awesome as you will be able to keep this up since you did not deprive - you tweaked. Regarding your diet/exercise, when you were 400/500 pounds, what type of treadmill did you use to get the weight off? BTW, you look smokin. Thanks!

I am actually on my weight loss journey. Your a great inspiration and your video brought a lot of emotions and I couldn't hold my tears. I wanted to ask you, I have some loose skin and I can't afford surgery. Is there any other way to get rid of the loose skin? Is there any type of tea to help with weight loss? Thank you for this video and good luck in the future. 🌹💞🌹

    • @rhondasmith1661
      @rhondasmith1661 7 лет назад +3

      april coltman don't get discouraged. You will have plateaus when losing weight. And there are hundreds of reasons your weight loss will stall every now and then. You may need to take a closer look at your sugar intake and calories and cut back, you may not be eating enough and might need to actually up your calorie intake, you could be retaining fluid and may need to drink more water, I typically gain 5-6lbs every month right before my period, but it goes away right after my cycle starts, you might just need to add a little variety to your workout, if you walk then try walking some hills or on an incline if you use a treadmill, maybe start strength training, if you already do that then maybe increase the amount of weight you're lifting or your reps. Don't give up, remember this, even a little progress is progress! So your weight loss stalls, as long as you're not gaining, then it's still progress! YOU CAN DO IT!! 👊🏼🙌🏼

      I have totally losted motivation alot of problems at home I suffer with depression and are mardy all the time my mood is low but I cannot seem to lift it. Thank you for your advice xxx Its hard when people around you dont understand about your needs. And they remind u that u cannot do things because u are fat.

    • @rhondasmith1661
      @rhondasmith1661 7 лет назад +1

      I'm sorry you're going through that. I suffer from depression and anxiety too. The best thing you can do to to help lift your mood is exercise. I know when you're depressed and your mood is down, you don't feel like it, or like anything for that matter! If you can just start with a few minutes of walking it will improve your mood. Exercise releases endorphins in your body that tell your body to feel good. It also produces dopamine and serotonin which regulate our moods. Walking outside is the best because your body is getting natural vitamin D from the sun which also helps produce feel-good neurotransmitters in our brain. I know it's summer and it's hot, but you could just walk around in your yard for ten minutes and you'll immediately start seeing how this helps your mood. I know it's not realistic to say ignore people who bring you down, especially if you have to be around them everyday, but try not to react. Some people purposely try to push our buttons just to get a rise or reaction out of us. When you don't react, you take your power back away from them. Do this for YOU. Prove to yourself that you can! You're stronger than you know!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!

      are you keeping track of meassurements? You can lose inches around the waste, without really losing weight. Specially if you are doing some kind of training, since muscle weight more than fat, so you can actually even gain weight, and still get slimmer. So keep an eye on that too.

    I'm not sure how the win works? So in the beginning you take a picture of yourself and send it where? Then at the end (month later) you take another picture? And if you lose more then 4% you win but how is the money split? Where is the community for this app? So confused 🤦🏻‍♀️🙃

    What are your thoughts on "loose skin" or parts of your body that are just resistant to toning up?

    • @eminemilly
      @eminemilly 6 лет назад

      Still Rollin' in the USA I saw her lifting free weights which is the best way to tone up and gain muscle if you have good form. A woman's not gonna gain a bulky amount of muscle but it'll help fill out the skin a little.

    is it possible to reduce breast size naturally .. did u reduce it without surgery ?

    • @ashleyhappenstotravel
      @ashleyhappenstotravel 7 лет назад +6

      Shamsshams 919766899 Sss Breasts are a combination of breast tissue and fat. As you lose fat, you will lose it all over your body. Many women, and men, that lose a lot of weight lose a lot in their breasts. Both breast tissue and fat. Many people that have lost a lot of weight do end up needing skin removal surgery and this often includes a breast lift and removal of extra skin around the breasts.
      Everyone is different, but if you lose more than 20lbs, you will experience a reduction in breast volume.
