Bought a '07 3.0 tdi last week, what an amazing car it is!
Bought a well cared for '06 v10 TDI last week. Awesome vehicle. Sadly, the US doesn't get these anymore.
I have rack 190k miles on my 06. Don't be afraid to tow anything and everything. It will not break a sweat. It's has been the best SUV have owned. Congrats.

Finally someone who has deeper in sight into why ELECTRO cars zap millions of jobs because of the components installed need hands on to maneuver and complete intricate details of the car. Plus repair parts for future mechanical repairs.
why is this out of order? Like the clips jump all over the place. From the frame of the car, to paint, back to frame, assembly, back to frame......confusing.

I own 2 Volkswagen Touaregs 1 Silver 2011 Executive V6 TDI Touareg with approximately 90,000 miles and 1 Gray 2015 Sport With Technology V6 TDI with approximately 121,000 miles and I love them both they run great and I take well care of them.
6:58 green colored vehicle looks like a cayenne. (Yes, i know the Touareg, Q7 and cayenne share the same modular platforms)

Did this Touareg come with a tow bar from the factory? If it didn’t, it has got a 0kg towing capacity. It requires a cooling fan upgrade at a cost of £2600 before it can tow anything.
So what's your point?
Obviously haven't got a clue about touaregs. These are the ultimate towing machine!! And no it doesn't require an upgraded fan
@@Cparker8 I contacted 8 VW dealerships in the UK and all have said for warranty purposes if I were to get a tow bar retrofitted and the car was to overheat when towing, my warranty would be null and void. When a Touareg comes from the factory, it has the upgraded fans. If it doesn't come with a tow bar from the factory, it comes with the lesser powered fan.
@@ryanbaxter1130 I'm not sure about that. You must be talking about the new touaregs? Also how would they even know if it overheated due to towing unless u tell them. I tow a massive boat and it does it no worries better than any ute I've previously owned.

Is the frame made of aluminium?
I know the Cayenne has always been ultra high strength steel, I would have thought the Touareg will be the same.
Zinc coated steel for rust protection.

Is it me or are those bolts installed on the underside not torqued very high? I’ve noticed this about a lot of bolts shown tightened in the factory videos.
So VW invest millions & millions on R&D and then have someone like you say this??? Righto buddy.
