Adrian McKinnon(I'm not sure of spelling) usually work with SM to produce majority of their artist's songs. So the 4 walls song I'm pretty sure they've reached some kind of agreement. And SM usually buys the song to be remaked, that's why Next level and some F(x) songs are the same as the original, it's not a sample but a remake

ok but most of these are songs that were actually bought from the company using them especially sm (girls generation, fx, aespa, exo) buys songs all the time . the person who made the compilation clearly doesn't know the difference. The copyright law is really strict in korea as well
for aespa's case their company bought the rights to the song so it should not even be on this list. Aslo taemin's case is the same. They have the same company, and the company seems to like buying rights to songs and give them to their singers

Call me Daddy and 4 Walls were Demos and some of this are Remakes. Who made this compilation didn’t know the difference between some cases.
