Jackieeeeeee, you should take your doubles of your books and re cover them with book titles that interest you! Would make for a fun art project!
YEAH!!!!❤
WOOOOO
2:48 😂
The burn book is from the movie Mean Girls. It’s a great watch :)
Not sure if anyone else has commented to tell you but a "Burn Book" is actually from the movie Mean Girls (the mini book is identical to one in the movie). Its actually quite a nasty thing where you write horrible things about people (aka. "Burning" them). You dont burn the book, you fill it with mean things and peoples secrets. I like your idea much more :)
Yeah, Jackie's idea of a burn book is SOOO much more wholesome! 😂
There is actually something like that. I have a diary called burn after writing. It has tons of prompts. Promoting self reflection. You either keep it or burn it when you finish it.
And here I stupidly spent my teen years writing in my diary about my parasocial love for New Kids On The Block Joey and Jordan when I could have been burning people with a Burn Book😂😂😂
I read "Pride, Prejudice, and Zombies" when it first came out expecting it to be funny and ridiculous. To my surprise, it was a great read! Yes, it's the original book but there is a zombie element! It's very well done!!
wait wait wait, there's a ZOMBIE ELEMENT ONE?!?! I just got the normal one, pride and prejudice 😢
The Burn Book is from the movie “Mean Girls” definitely a watch lol
They should have Harry Potter books
They do! Remember when Jackie got a HP book in the last video? It was, Chamber of Secrets.
It’s kinda sneaky that you don’t get more readable pages but I still think they are super cute and will be looking out for them in the UK.
They unfortunately have to do that. Because then we would have to pay actual price for the books or for an off chance for some of the more expensive ones
@@KrystalTwilight yeah that makes sense, I sort of wish they had done two or three pages and then left the rest blank so you could write in it.
I did really like the burn book 🩷
@@KrystalTwilightno . They have a few Books they didnt need to do that and still did
@@CanisLupus1987 Idk. But they would have to buy the proper licenses and raise the pricing. I doubt the authors of the books want their books being like that and not make as much money off of it.
pls do more bc i love the BFG
I wish that, at LEAST, the whole first chapter was readable. It would make them more fun to collect AND there would be more of a chance that the first chapter would hook you in and make you want to but the full sized books to find out what happens. Just my thoughts...
thats true
A bookshop chain in Australia - called QBD - has had a couple of collections of small versions of real children's books. You could get a free copy if you bought the normal size version, but eventually they were selling the whole collections on their own. They're readable, though they're only a certain number of pages long, so they're usually not the whole book. And you still should use a magnifying glass to read them. But they're really small and cute, and have a wide variety of books.
@@gracehowell. How small? Like Mini Brands small?
@@futuramabender2078 Definitely not that small, sad to say. Maybe a couple of inches tall? (Sorry, I use metric, so I'm sort of guessing.)
@@gracehowell. I use inches too!
I work with Indie authors and book boxes as a cover artist and formatter...I'm really interested in knowing if Mini Brands has purchased the rights for these book covers. With the interiors, you are allowed to use a percentage of the book without having to essentially pay the author, so I'm betting that is why you get a small portion.
Always loved Anne McCafferey Dragons of Pern and Acorna series. Also love Tamora Peirce books too.
I'd love Discworld novels by Sir Terry Pratchett. Love Ursula LeGuin and Anne McCaffrey too.
I can't recommend Bunnicula enough, it is an absolutely adorable read, Harold and Chester are great. Howliday Inn (the second sequel) and The Celery Stalks at Midnight (the third sequel) are both equally as fun. My first experience with Bunnicula was the Librarian reading it to our class and every one of the nieces and nephews have used a Bunnicula book for at least one of their school projects through the years. (along with Charlotte's Web)
Bunnicula is such nostalgia.
They need to make Junie B. jones books! I collected all of them. 😅
One author that I like who doesn't get a lot of attention is Anne McCaffrey. If you like dragons, mysterious worlds, Time travel, I suggest her.
Mercedes lackey too. I think I own 99% of the valdemar series.
Oh thanks for the recommendation, I'll take a look. 😀 what kind of books do you like ?? I'll read anything from Harry Potter, fantasy, horror pretty much anything except for self-help and religion books 📚 I could possibly have some recommendations for you xx
I love her
the editors note in Bunnicula is written by the dog though. its actually part of the story
So you're telling me as a miniature artist that I could just easily buy a mini book and I don't have to make the readable as well I am honestly so hyped for this
*them
They should do a series of classic books including Alice In Wonderland. In my mind it would include Watership down, Moby Dick, The Great Gatsby, and maybe include Where The Sidewalk Ends or A Light In The attic
Oh, I love watership down. I have 4 copies, including a signed first edition, actually I have mist of Richard Adams books in signed first editions dating back to the 70s, you kniw his signature never changed from the 70s to a month before hus death, it just got wobbly lol. Plague dogs is another of his books that I love. I never cry when someone famous dies, but both him and Allen Rickman both made me cry when they died 😢. What kind if books do uou like ? I read pretty much anything except self-help and religion books. I'd love reading and usually read sound 6 books a week, I have no life lol. I'm actually proof reading a book for a author friend at the moment which I live doing, I actually proof read for mist of my favourite authors and sometimes I get to see my name in a book which is always fun I think im in 6 now 🤔 I also collect books but that's a whole different issue lol. I can't wait to move into my new libary soon, a whole room full of books just for me 📚 😀
BRUH NO DOGMAN BRUHhhhhhHHHHhHHhHHHH
As a grain🧂 & a trash panda🗑🐼🦝,, I would absolutely looove to see u do Mad Libs on a live stream..I think It would be extremely fun and also interactive when filling in the story with words and such! Love all your vids Jackie, hope u have very happy holidays ❤
Jackie singing under da sea fills my dark sad crafty soul happy again 😂❤
Hey Jackie! The make it mini Valentines Day collection is out already! And I don’t want to spoil it, but I just want to say that you’re going to absolutely love something in the box of chocolates one ❤
Yay can't wait to see those! I hope she gets some! ❤
You imagine manga publishers doing this? That would be INSANE! XD
The Burn Book is awesome though, the fact they left it blank for you to use.
Oh…oh no…DEATH NOTE THEY NEED TO ADD A DEATH NOTE OMG!
Do ya the Mini Brands version of The Burn Book would burn quicker then the big verson?
There's no such thing as a real "perfect library" where all of the books in a section are the same height. Trying to organize them by size is completely opposite of what a perfect library would look like. lol
Unless, the library was owned by Marry Poppins! LOL! 🤣 Cause, she has ta everythin practically perfect in every way!
That is facts
No book shaming, each person has therie own style :3 XD
It would be very unsatisfying.
@@Kari0520 Whaddya mean unsatisfyin?! Party pooper! Tiny bookshelves are fun AND satisfyin!
13:35 jackie is so real 😂 saaaaame if the cover isn't appealing i will probably never pick up a book
That burn book is also popular because of the movie, Mean Girls. I have never read Vampire Diaries, but I did really like the series. The series should be on a variety of streaming services. I think I watched it on Netflix. There were also two spin-offs from the series, The Originals and The Legacies.
this Burn book is from "Mean Girls" just in case you wanted context of why it looks like that.
I love Mercedes Lackey and Ann McCaffrey fantasy novels…and, yes, I admit to rereading the Harry Potter series right now😊. I’m 67, and I hope I’m reading until the end😊
I use to read Goosebumps but I've never heard of Deep Trouble before. I love sharks, really anything aquatic. I have a lot of Aquatic Transformers which are pretty rare as Hasbro doesn't make Transformers with aquatic alt modes too often. I got a Shark squishmallow. If I knew this book existed as a kid I would have read it.
Most of the Goosebumps books I did read were the choose your own adventure type books which were really interesting cause you could read the same book multiple times and get a different story each time.
I wouldn't mind having the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy in a tiny size like this. It's my favorite book series. I already have and read all of the books multiple times but I mean if the mini brands made a little tiny version it could be an interesting novelty item.
it's a bit sad that the whole books aren't readable but they're quite cool anyway and cute. it's a nice idea and the books acually seem to be well made. I'd love to have a few of those. 😊
I want to make a mini library now!! 📚
My favorite book series was turned into a movie (which wasn't the greatest) and a TV show (which is way better). It's called The Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare.
Im early for once Yay! I also really like fantasy or science fiction, the books that got me into reading are books by Terry Pratchett!! 🥰🥰 I really like your videos!
Anything by Ursula K. Le Guin. Im also big into scifi and Fantasy, but i think my favourite books, based on number of retreads: 100 years of solitude, LoTR, Neverwhere, and the Susan Sto Helit Discworld series.
I was a goth teen when Clueless came out, and its still my movie happy place.
Is the book called Anything or are ya sayin any book by Ursula K. Le Guin?
Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland is definitely my favorite classic book to read as well as Sherlock Holmes too🥰🥰🥰
These are so cute!! 🥰 All set for dollhouses!!😁
Brandon Sanderson books are amazing easily my second fave, Pierce Brown takes my top spot though, the red rising series is beyond spectacular
I’m bummed not all the pages are readable, I was planning on collecting these. 😢 They’re really super cute though. 😊
They can’t make every page readable because of copyright. Plus paying $10 for 4 full books would cheat the author out of money. But it would be cool if they could make them readable!
@@triciakoger5362 Yeah true.
The Burn Book looks like the one from Mean Girls movie, where the Plastics write horrible stuff about people they don't like in it.
Two of my favorite books are The Hellbound Heart & The Scarlet Gospels both by Clive Barker. The Hellbound Heart was made into a movie called HELLRAISER.
Yaaas, another Sanderson fan! My mom and I discovered him via his helping finish the Wheel of Time series, and then a friend gifted me the first of the Mistborn trilogy. Been a fan ever since!
I think if you're wanting to do a project making a little book shelf for these books to sit in your background would be really adorable. Maybe put some of the nicer lifestyle minis on the top? If I ever pick up some of these it's what I want to do for a Little Library my folks and I want to put outside our home for the neighborhood kids (sealed up in some plexiglass obviously, I doubt they'd fare well in all the rain otherwise). A little library inside a Little Library is just such a cute idea!
as soon as I saw the dog man and cat kid books I was taken back to my childhood [they are both are made by the same auther]
Also dog man has flip - o - ramas that are animations if you flip 2 pages quickly .After you see the characters move like a animation .
It's always a nice day when I receive the notification of a new Jakeh video ❤❤
I love reading, so I read any book I'm given😂😂my favorite is Harry Potter, but there are SO many series that I will recommend until the day I die. And I can't wait to read new books every single day.
I LOVE your videos, keep being awesome nerdy ( I've been watching your videos for about 7 years and don't regret anything)❤️🔥
I LOVED Bunnicula as a kid. My favorite is the second book: Bunnicula: The Celery Stalks at Midnight. ❤️
Hi Jackie! I love Dog Man I have the one on the thumbnail too!
I love that even though you can’t read the whole book, you can still flip though all the pages!
I love Harry Potter. Also Twilight. Lol. It’s a guilty pleasure. A Walk to Remember was my favorite stand alone book.
Oh, you have read Bella forests the secret of spellshadow manor series, very much like harry potter but much darker !! and also the Harvey merlin series same author 😀 I live the Harry potter books actually I collect them and have over 80 most are in first edition. Oh word of advice, look after your first edition boks if you have them, even the illustrated edition and minalima ones are worth £60-£300 each, and if you gave a original half blood price check out page 99 if ut says eleven owls instead if te. It's worth up to £150 depending on condition !! What other books do you like I could probably do you a reading list lol, oh you may like vampire academy followed by bloodlines that's a great series
Dog man is one of my favorite books!! I remember my kindergarten teacher reading the Dog man book to us and I loved that book. He read 1-3 I think, I ended up getting 1-10 lol.🤣🤣
I love Mad Libs they are so fun to do with friends and family.
Bunnicula is my favorite childhood book series. The characters are hilarious. Especially the cat. Humans know nothing about their inner world. I even had a signed hardback by the author. Lol I lost it in a robbery. This book was important because I remember reading it with my dad and it made him laugh. Which he doesn't do often.
I'll have to find them and read them! They sound fun and I love animals
Gah! I've been looking for these!!! Can't wait to get my hands on them.
I love how you throw the wraper😂
Hi Jackie and everyone. Hope everyone is doing well. I love the Yu-Gi-Oh! Anime as well as The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I love watching your videos Jackie, you are so funny and entertaining. 😊
Those seem fun to collect 😊
I love dogman, one of my favorate comic books, it has puns and something called flip o ramma where you flip a page back and forth so fast that it looks animated, I really recommend it
My favorite book I just got done reading was Everything Everything by Nicola Yoon! It was the first book I read that had romance to it. Im not typically into romance books but holy coww!! It took a lot of twists and turns. It really makes you rethink your outlook on life. It makes you appreciate it more, It has touches of romance, drama, & makes you feel sympathy for the characters. I absolutely adored the book.
I love your videos they always make me smile when I’m down
The Burn book is actually from Mean Girls. The girls in the movie used it to insult (burn) their peers
I just started reading The Mistborn series by Sanderson. You should read The Wheel of Time, Sanderson wrote the last 3 books after the original author Robert Jordan died. 14 books in the set and is absolutely amazing!
I love the Dragonsinger series. I read them so much as a kid that as an adult I bought the set and even used a quote from one of the books for a literature magazine I was in.
*than
@@futuramabender2078 Huh? There is no where a than would be in my post.
Lord of the Rings grain here! You should totally make a miniature library to house all the tiny books!
I don’t mean this to sound disrespectful but your videos are so peaceful and comforting I love to fall asleep to them❤️
My favourite book series is called Heartstopper by Alice Oseman, recently the fifth volume was released, and I can’t stop reading the series. Reading Heartstopper is comforting for me.
Please unbox Moriah Elizabeth's new mystery plushies!! ❤
I love dog man and when I saw it in the thumbnail I got so excited 😆
Happy early birthday, Jackeh!! I hope it's a good one this year, and thank you for another year of smiles and salt. Sending much love and well wishes for next year! 😁❤️🧂
I always have a soft spot for the Eon books they are just so full of life, tragedy, comedy and dragons lots of dragon! I do think these are very cute though if mostly not books I would read but great for scale modal shots and miniature scenery.
AHH i love your shoutout to brandon sandersons books! I cant wait for book five 😫❤️😂
Happy birthday Jackie! I hope it’s joyous!
Jackie you not recognizing the burn book is from mean girls is breaking my heart hahahaha
Your videos always bring happiness to my day! ❤
My favourite book of all time is Angela’s ashes, an oldie but definitely a goodie!
Fav book-Outlander series. Love Mad Libs. Did them with kids on the long vacation drives to the beach. Still do them if we all get to ride together.. lol!
Aww man. Lucky. Alice is the one I really want from this set
Ok but mini Stormlight Archives would be hilarious. That thing would be enormous!
How cool would it be if Jackie bot a miniature library and filled it with all the miniature books she got!?❤
The cover at school i have that and love you and your vids
I did make my own book case out of those popsicle sticks from the craft store. I have 20 books right now. I built 3 shelve book case.
These are cool in theory but I really hope that future versions are better. The books are just all over the place for me. Some of the books are meant for elementary school age kids and then some are for teens. It would be great if they did series by genre, like mystery or sci-fi.
I had tiny Little Golden Books about that size, as Christmas ornaments, 100% true to the actual, every page readable, actual illustrations, etc. in the late seventies or early eighties!
8:30, this particular book is from the movie Mean Girls. They write a whole bunch of mean things about people in the school and then the pages get out and it causes havoc
❤ thank you for part 2..of mini books..U are the high light of my day...❤Im a such a grain of salt 😂..love you from Detroit Michigan,Canada is across the way...🎄🌎🍊🧑🎄🧑🏫⛄❄️
Deep trouble was the first goosebumps, and first novel I ever read. It Kickstarted my lifelong love for reading that I try to pass onto my children.
Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland is my all time favourite book and this mini book is so adorable.
There is a shop on eBay that sells, fully readable, small books. Many titles. I buy one for each of my kids every year, they are very cool...
The title of the shop, is something like, miniature library...
MiniatureBooksUSA
Fully readable, illustrated, and very small...
Some even have a leather-like binding, embossed, under the dust jackets.. 👌
LOVE IT!❤❤
The editors note on Bunnicula is actually the first page of chapter one! It’s the “editor” telling you that the book is a transcript.
Ah look so cute and cool with fine details pages, which is nice to collect
🌷💙🤍
The Alice in Wonderland was my favorite little book out of ALL of the books you got. I also liked the burn book and the comic book with blank-ish pages. As for reading, I LOVED The Host by Stephenie Meyer. Totally different from her Twilight series (which I wasn't a huge fan of... Don't come for me). I also adore Jim Butcher's Dresden series.
You do so many of these un'boxing's I would love to see you use the balls these things come in, for some kind of craft.
Part two, yay=3 Thank you and have a wonderful week, Jackie=3
That Deep Trouble is an awesome find! I was a total goosebumps kid
If you’re a Goosebumps fan then definitely check out the “Point Horror” series of books. Lots of 90’s nostalgia 💜
I’ve read the graphic novel version of pride and prejudice and zombies, VERY GOOD!
Please oh please i wish they would make the Ispy books those were my absolute favorite as a child I STILL READ THEM !
The burn book is from the movie "mean girls" I thought somone will tell you that already in part 1 of this series 😊
Yay you read Brandon books!!! They are mine and my husband's fav.
We need tiny library book nook thing 😊❤ could be for a tiny dragon or fairy?
love the teeny tiny books
I loved Vampire diaries but don't expect it to be like the TV series 😉
How cool that the QR code actually worked 😮
Jackie, the burn book is from mean girls (a movie) where they write mean stuff about people but normal mean girls the book is just a notebook for journalists
Favorite indy fantasy author is Melissa Grazonka knew her growing up she worked with my grandma she is absolutely amazing! Highly recommend her series
Foxcraft the taken series, the hunt for the seventh and Mrs Frisby and the rats of nimh are my favorite books and my recomendations.
It would be fun to see you do a book review video every now and then. Kinda like a Salt-e-bookclub.
