I believe that the reason why homosexuality is so widely practiced now and still Allah is not punishing them is only because of Prophet Muhammad SAW. Because Allah sent him as a mercy to mankind and it is an understanding that Allah won't destroy his ummat now as He has destroyed previous nations. And wont send big azaab (wraths) like He sent to Loot's or Noah's nation. Since Prophet Muhammad SAW is appointed to all the rest of the world till judgment day so all people of the world in a sense are included in his ummmat. If they chose to disobey him and do not believe on his teachings, (i.e. non-muslims nowadays) they would have to be answerable to that but since he is now appointed to rest of humanity from the time he come, thats why people are doing so much big sins and crimes nowadays but still save from wrath of Allah as the Prophet's coming is a mercy upon this world. But one should ask forgiveness of his sins before its too late and time of death comes.

Alhamdulillah. 10 years ago, I also committed this kind of sin. Before, I have a plan to leave Islam and follow nothing but my own evil desires only. I have a plan to marry the man (same sex marriage) that I love the most in America and settle down there. But Alhamdulillah, all of those evil plans have totally changed since I have worked in Saudi Arabia and studied more about Islam there, Alhamdulillah. And now, from being a gay committing those immoralities 4-6x a week, I'm on total abstinence now and will do those kind of things again for my future wife only In Shaa Allah. I can't imagine how's my life would be if those evil and immoral plans of mine have happened :( . I'm very thankful for the guidance of Allah. I'm a very very thankful that Allah has guided me this far. Allah guides whom He wills especially when He saw something really good in your heart. Alhamdulillah. I wonder why Ibrahim AS was afraid of the visitors? He was at that time quite elderly and gone through many trials during his life and also he was a messenger and prophet of Allah who would not be afraid of death.
Prophets are humans but are more than special beings. They have feelings and worries but overall they always have communication with Almighty Allah (swt). They have revelations and tests tougher than what a normal person goes through. Weak people lose their faith in their beliefs when life doesn't their way. At some point everyone is going to die and what matters is what's going to come after you die.
Asalaamualaykum brothers and sister. I have this huge burden on me. I've committed sodemy in the past and knew it was wrong but didn't know how severely wrong it is. I had tears in my eyes, my heart has this burning sensation due to guilt and regret. Alghamdulilah Allah made me see the light. When I've looked up on the hadeeths of sodemy I got and still am so afraid of what Allah STW will do to me. I am repenting on this I even thought of doing hiffz or an Aalim course as a way of repentance. Where is the proof that anything happened? Where is the proof that your mother is your mother. Where is the proof that the food that we eat and the water that drink is pure? Where is the proof of all these? Surely, when they want proof for everything, they transgress themselves and find themselves confused and disobey Allah. For the proofs that Allah has sent, he has mercy, he doth not sent forward proofs but signs with the mercy and grace. Do not ask for proof in everything, as the proof is not everywhere but Allah. So repent and engage in prayer, as He the Creator of the heavens and the earth will show you proof when you beg him.

Alhamdulillah. 10 years ago, I also committed this kind of sin. Before, I have a plan to leave Islam and follow nothing but my own evil desires only. I have a plan to marry the man (same sex marriage) that I love the most in America and settle down there. But Alhamdulillah, all of those evil plans have totally changed since I have worked in Saudi Arabia and studied more about Islam there, Alhamdulillah. And now, from being a gay committing those immoralities 4-6x a week, I'm on total abstinence now and will do those kind of things again for my future wife only In Shaa Allah. I can't imagine how's my life would be if those evil and immoral plans of mine have happened :( . I'm very thankful for the guidance of Allah. I'm a very very thankful that Allah has guided me this far. Allah guides whom He wills especially when He saw something really good in your heart. Alhamdulillah. Always do 5x daily obligatory prayers, read the Qur'an, make a lot Du'a and always ask Allah for help and guidance my brothers and sisters in Islam. May we all see each other in Jannatul Firdaus. Asalaamualaykum brothers and sister. I have this huge burden on me. I've committed sodemy in the past and knew it was wrong but didn't know how severely wrong it is. I had tears in my eyes, my heart has this burning sensation due to guilt and regret. Alghamdulilah Allah made me see the light. When I've looked up on the hadeeths of sodemy I got and still am so afraid of what Allah STW will do to me. I am repenting on this I even thought of doing hiffz or an Aalim course as a way of repentance. I know that Allah forgives all sins when you repent with sincerity and he is extremely merciful but I feel that somehow Allah cannot forgive this sin. I'm even feeling suicidal about this. I need clarification.

The torment will be doubled to him on the Day of Resurrection, and he will abide therein in disgrace; *Except those who repent and believe* (in Islamic Monotheism), *and do righteous deeds; for those, Allaah will change their sins into good deeds, and Allaah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. And whosoever repents and does righteous good deeds; then verily, he repents towards Allaah with true repentance”* [al-Furqaan 25:69-71].
