Pardon the shit audio. I was using audacity instead of reaper and audacity doesn't like my audio set up since I'm using a midi, pre-amp and mixer. It sounded better before I uploaded it

    Thank you. Useful.
As a former physics teachery person I loved colour theory and light vs pigment and obviously useful for mini painting and art.

@@OldManRogers I'll be doing more indepth stuff at some point where either attempt to go over the physics stuff but I'm a moron and most of what I know came from the color literacy project and Dr. David Briggs

The munsell system (or more its descendants like HSV/HSL) still has some use outside pigments - they're a great compromise between being easy to convert to systems your screen/printer use (RGB/CMY) and being accurate to color vision (like models CIE Lab do better).

@@TheKartana munsell has a lot of validity but when comparing to something like ostwald it has issues with pigments specifically but it's still more useful than ostwald most of the time due to perceptual color space.
Both are still better than Itten and Runge though.
Hopefully what I said makes a lick of sense it's 3am and I have don't even understand half the things I say or discuss

have been digging the color theory lore for the past half a year. thank you for posting, it is very succunt and easy to understand, i hope it gets picked up my algorythm. overall i would be interested to hear more from you!

I will be doing more in depth videos about it at some point but they take a while to make as making this digestible towards the scale modeling community is a skill of it's own.
I do have some resources if you want better information than I can can give and can even comprehend look up @djcbriggs on youtube as Dr. Briggs is an actual expert on this stuff and his work with the color literacy project is what I taught me a lot about this stuff.

@@kras_gk I try to research everything I can to an extreme degree but I'm not exactly smart so 80% is lost on me.
