    Any tips for elbow pain during barbell bench press? I can bench for several months at a time pain free and then seemingly out of nowhere I'll start having really bad pain on my first rep while unracking and lower the weight. I can then switch to dumbbell training for a few weeks and the pain goes away.

      Check out the rest of the channel - plenty of elbow videos.
      If DBs feel better, first thing id look at is shoulder rotation.
