Sad but we have to admit that all these Afghan politicians, soldiers and police were only after the dollar salary that US provided. The last thing on their mind is love for their country and protecting the innocent civilians. Western media should stop being overly dramatic. US and the west don't owe these people anything. So much money, effort, time and life lost to train these people which ended up with nothing. I wish all those have been spent for other poor countries. Such a waste.

So stay where you are. Dirt spread all around, it is better to remain lying where it is. Now coming under the guise of your tears, no country in the world is going to give you shelter. Why would you get shelter?
