Real talk: Her batch had the strongest candidates. The evening gowns were so lit in the Top 10. Every single one from the Top 5 deserved the crown. It was so hard to choose back then.

The only thing that hindered Rabiya was her nervousness. It affected her performance. Cat was chill and confident the whole show which made her stand out and be crowned as MU.
Even if Rabiya did good, she still won't be called because it's a cooking show
Rabiya had the wrong mindset for miss universe, she wanted to please pinoys instead of competing to enjoy the competition and accomplish her goals. and yes that mad her very nervous.
The time when Rabiya went on IG live to apologize and cry to Filipinos, it was over. She lost focus. Stop pleasing Filipino fans because the judges are the ones actually judging. It affected her and you can just see she’s not comfortable after the national costume.

I love H’Hen Nie her story is truly inspiring. What really catched the hearts of pageants fans and almost got us into tears is when she said that the money she got from joining Miss Universe Viet Nam she donated it all to build a community library. I think what makes catriona a great MU is that her core is actually charity and advocacies. Even before competing for bb. pilipinas she was already fighting for her advocacies, she did not start her charity work bc she joined the competition, it was the other way around, unlike most of the beauty pageant contestants. For her, fighting for what's right and helping other people precedes the beauty pageant.

Power interruption in the area when Steve Harvey was about to announce the winner. We searched areas in our town who did not experience the same thing. Thank God, about a hundred meters awaya certain resident was watching Miss Universe... it was worth the run. Hahaha. Because Catriona won. Not to mention, she was in my prayers during Misa De Gallo prior to the competition.
