Many thanks to all of you and sir Jeffery Allen's energy healing process. I could reach directly into my dream of my childhood dreams came to feel a nice scenery to looking for freshly me when I really possible to understand myself. I have been having difficulty with experiencing guilt and shame when setting boundaries, and the first question of 'do you believe that you have a choice?' brought such a wonderful feeing of presence and realisation that I do have a choice!
I really enjoy bringing my awareness to my energetic field, imagining an octahedron around my body (as Jeffery explained in another video) and physically feeling that brings my whole body a tingling sensation of feeling exquisitely alive
