Can you help me? the fastboot mode (volume down+power) will only display for about 10 seconds on my xiaomi redmi note 4 and then it will reboots itself into charging mode. doesn't matter if i use the key, or even use adb commands to get there. it will still reboot itself in short period of time.❓
successfully rooted, had some trouble with MI recovery replacing TWRP but it finally worked, you have to instally press vol up and power button after rebooting after flashing twrp

I followed this video step by step and able to root my redmi note 4. The only thing that I change are using the newest TWRP image files and superSU files, you can easily google and download them yourself. The lazyflasher shared here are already compiled so you can just use it as is because the developer in the github didn't update the files in 3 years, if you want to compile the files yourself, you can google the lazyflasher to get the dev github, though I don't think you can compile them in windows so it's okay to use the one provided in this video

same problem here, I can't paste the recovery.img into the command console and if I type it by myself it then says "error can't load recovery.img: No such file or directory"
hey bro I found the solution. Just grab the recovery.img with your mouse and throw it into the command console after the "fastboot flash recovery " and press enter. I did this and it worked

Hi Meemansak, I've requested for bootloader unlock permission and within 1 day I got the SMS from MI that they have granted me the permission and I shall download the MI unblock tool. But when I tried unblocking I found the same error as in your video, is it too early to unblock. I mean they've granted me the permission still I'm unable to unblock. Latest Mi Unlock is not working on Windows 10 (Initialization Error). This version is working on Windows 7 but network error comes up.

Dude when i press power button and volume up key, it goes to recovery screen but it does not show the install and all this... It only shows Reboot - Wipe Data - Connect with MIAssistant ... I dont know how to go to the screen that says install and all this ... Can you please help?
