People are especially mad at the underwater scene because what it does is you have to watch a 3 second loading animation whenever attacking a village with the scene. That means you’ll only have 27 seconds instead of 30 seconds to view their village before attacking, which is a very unfair disadvantage for f2p players.
The tickets were probably a way to circumvent some weird rule. Because you cannot buy gems straight with money anymore. So you buy tickets and convert to gems or other premium stuff. Example 1200 tickets for $99 and 14000 gems for 1200 tickets (idk actual amount but it's example)

The chinese exclusive hero skins are actually collab skins with another chinese game called 王者荣耀， that's why the queen looks so out of place. Side note : the creator of the video didn't show the names for the legendary grand warden and royal champion skin, so idk what character it's supposed to be, I'm assuming it's from the same game
