Hope your recovery goes well Ed, I had ACL reconstruction and meniscus trimming four weeks ago. Just about getting off crutches again fingers crossed everything gets working properly again… 🙏 all the best x

tommy your are at the Landsard (first track) that is the Netherlands not Belgium I rode there last week. Not necessarily what we call deep sand just sand. second track is Grevenbroich is a couple of km's over in Germany. Nice vlog and hopefully ed will have a speedy recovery. I also had meniscus damage and a fully torn acl a few years back.

Damn I would have liked to come see you ride at Landsard in Eindhoven!! Its near my house! Cool to see the guys who did great at the MX Season Opener in Lierop train in the heavy sand days before, i think i saw Brian Bogers (189) and Brent van Doninck (32) who won last Sunday! 🚀🚀
I’ve got the same injury’s as Ed atm took months to try get surgery it been a year since tore ACL and still waiting for a date for surgery

would it not be easier for ED to go to Ireland they have the best knee dr's and less of a waiting list .. Tommy i think you scared a few of the gp riders with your raw speed.. Might have to start the egg diet nutrition is the most important part of prep so i will give cadbury 's a bell ..good content as ever ..

Over one lap it wouldn’t be much if anything if the standard it set up right like mine over a race distance is where you notice
