Now then, like your vids, entertaining, was wondering what tyres your running or prefer? Recently acquired a 1998 C1, the tyres on are 16 years ols😮, and need changing, been out of motorcycling for 20 plus years, some advice for this type of bike would be gratefully received. Thanks Martyn.
There are many great tyres to choose from, but at the time of filming I had Michelin Power Pilot 2CT tyres on this for the past two years and 6000+ miles. They are a great dual compound tyre for sport bikes, but as they are not their latest tyre so they are also relatively cheap. They heat up quickly and have plenty of grip in the bends once warmed up.
they need to come out with a new version where the power button is recessed....power button can accidentally be pressed on when in saddle bag and drain battery.....
Maybe in some cases that may become possible, but it's actually pretty flat with the other buttons each side. Also it has to be held to come on, the carry bag will also prevent that happening, and packing it away from pokey type objects would probably be best anyway 😂 👍
It is surprisingly good, a neighbour had a total flat on her car earlier today, so I used it to inflate it. It did take a while, but obviously much easier.
This will help with my basketballing 👍😊
🤣🤣👍😎
Not bad, not bad at all sir. 😎 Not that I understand much of that technical stuff, but nice to see your video again. ☀️🍻
Thank you 😎👍

Hey did they contact you and give this for you to keep for free?
Hey, what sort of tyre pressure sre you using for the road?
36 front 40 rear, pretty much standard, rear 8s meant to be 41 psi
