You have any assets? It’d be better to own assets that can pay for it so you can buy it in cash and not have to worry about Payments. Frees up extra cash to set aside as for a gas fund so you can have that much more fun enjoying your ride with no worries dragging you down

Definitely shop around for insurance so you can get an idea of how much it be! Also there’s no such thing as too much down payment it’s what you want to be comfortable with paying every month

@@troywilliams3906 With the current interest rates, the more the better. My parents bought a new car recently. My dad has an 850 credit score and 5.8% was the best rate they could possibly get. Used cars the average interest is 11% right now. The market sucks rn for buying cars.

Hell no, think about it, he pays $1100-1200, after $65 like he said a week. If you like to step on it like I do, you’ll be paying that every 2-3 days. On top of it, the tickets if you get caught. The Cherry to the top is your credit cards if you have any, your rent, maintenance, phone bill, utilities, any accidents like popped tires, stuff like that all comes into play. Be smart and just save till you can just buy a house then buy wtv you want after paying that off.

@@Legend22Roleplays depends where you’re located, credit score doesn’t matter right now since rates are higher than ever. Also your age matters a lot for insurance purposes. Do you pay rent and if so put that into effect. Credit debt, any things you’re subscribed to, also emergencies that may arise. Sometimes it’s not worth it if you got a lot on your plate. If anything breaks also it’ll be mas expensive on it! Don’t mean to scare you away but you really have to think if you can afford for “x” amount of time. Unless you save all your money and buy it cash it’s not worth w this market to go out and do that.
@@dasilkysmoove located in Texas and I’m 21, I do help with bills, and I pay no more than 300 on bills btw. I stay with my family and I’m cool with it since they plan on leaving the house to me eventually.

I pay $328 a month for my gt charger with one accident that was my fault involving my car only that totaled the car valued at $10,000 and a speeding ticket going 111 mph. And I'm a 38 year old male. With USAA in Florida. Thankfully they have my accident forgiven with one accident forgiveness. It does get better, don't sweat the small stuff.
