Why repeat that, I think she is talking about a system that works or might work for her, a system which may lead to these needs being met. And people are a kind of sheep. I don't care for cities or marketing manipulation, sorry. Most cities are a sad necessity; crowded, ruined space. Maybe she can figure out how to fix that and integrate nature more. I'm sure that would help stress levels. But some people like cities, so whatever.
