Collaboration needs to be with skilled people otherwise it lowers the bar and creates a greater burden of work, revision and correction for those committed people moving the process forward.

When we try to speak to people we firstly hear loudest of them. Car owners. Make more roads and parkings!

What a poor woman. Nothing in her speech about people needs is revealing. But also
It feels like She treats people as a sheeps or kind of beasts which she you or we need to control like a flock of ram...
    Thats really sad
Peace for all and all the best for those who are still thinking people.

What if said control benefits them without them doing anything for this benefit? And aren't people's needs relatively simple anyway? Why repeat that, I think she is talking about a system that works or might work for her, a system which may lead to these needs being met.
And people are a kind of sheep. We love to follow a vast array of emotional stimuli, often unknowingly :)

I don't care for cities or marketing manipulation, sorry. Most cities are a sad necessity; crowded, ruined space. Maybe she can figure out how to fix that and integrate nature more. I'm sure that would help stress levels. But some people like cities, so whatever.
