This video is a must-watch for anyone who cares about others, because it brilliantly shines a light on the hidden pitfalls of altruism. The insights shared here are both eye-opening and deeply practical - a perfect blend of philosophical wisdom and real-world application. I especially appreciate how the narrator draws on Stoic principles to emphasize the crucial role of self-care and balanced boundaries in sustaining our capacity for genuine, impactful help. It's a powerful reminder that true compassion starts from within. Bravo to the team for creating such a thoughtful and valuable resource! I'll be sharing this far and wide.

So tired of being the last link on the chain of others problems. It’s as simple as a math ethical equation. Number 1-people = problems, 2-more people =more problems 3-fewer people =less problems 4-No people = the fewest possible problems. My statement to the world “what the fuck do you expect me to do about it”
