I’ve learned (and tried) more realistic tools from this channel in the past 24 hours than I have searching for inspiration and advice for the past several months. Thank you 🙏 for your advice, support and talent . Your approach is very non stressful. I appreciate you sharing your art journey.💞😌
She is an elegant fashion forward top knot piece of chocolate....whoa she is pretty from that side profile! I love her hair and that fancy collar! Thank you for sharing your secret techniques
Thank you for sharing this. Ironically, I write notes on the kraft paper that protects my art table. Drawing side profiles was one of my notes to myself! I'm on an art journey to learn how to draw faces, figures, and make better art. You give really good tutorials. So easy to follow along, and they don't go on forever. Low stress learning. It makes for more fun. I'm so grateful for the effort you put into your videos.
Yay! Thank you for doing this :-) I can draw front view faces all day long… But I was afraid I was getting the same face syndrome and lacking diversity and just plain boring to look at in my sketchbook! I mean not really, lol but still would like to get Some other poses to add some more personality and better composition when looking through the sketchbook.… I love drawing portraits/Faces! And the side profiles aren’t as satisfying, but they really give some extra variety… I’m always trying three-quarter views but they never really look right Because of that one smaller eye… I want to get good at these like I am with front facing portraits so they are also fun and not frustrating!😁
I would say the majority of people who draw with a pencil will erase the extra lines before they start adding any ink or color. When I am painting (I paint with acrylics) I will paint over my the lines with acrylic paint so they eventually get covered. However, in my sketchbook I leave the lines and do not erase them. Thank you for watching!

I find side and 3/4 side very challenging! I agree it is nice to add variety to the poses. Thank you for watching! ❤️🤗
Practice makes progress in improving our drawing skills. 😊
That is so true and sketching different side profiles definitely requires lots of practice! Thanks for watching!
Amazing artist, I’ve just found your channel. Xxx
Thank you!! ✨✨✨
Great tutorial. So the extra lines that you draw, you don’t need to erase them? I am new to this and trying to learn how. You are a great teacher.

I know arms and hands are not your favorite things (maybe?) but can you show us how you practice them? Love your work, as usual! Thank you.
I would be happy to! Thank you! ❤️❤️❤️
This is absolutely brilliant 👏 You're the best, thank you so much for this great tutorial! I've subscribed of course🌷❤️

Thank you again! The painted lady could have been Julie Andrews! ❤

I can't find this particular sketch book on Amazon. Is there any similar to purchase? Any recommendations thank you.😊
The one I am using is no longer being sold in that particular size. I think any sketchbook paper will do. Thank you!
