  • This is not the first fluffy Cozonac recipe for beginners to be published.     • 150 g large ground walnuts
    • And 150 g of Turkish delight cut into small pieces

    For 1 Cozonac:
    • 330 g of flour 000
    • 85 g sugar
    • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
    • 5 g of salt
    • 27 g of fresh yeast
    • 2 yolks at temp. room
    • 1 vial of flavor of your choice
    • 40 g butter + 25 g oil
    • 180 g of skim milk
    • 150 g cocoa cream
    • 50 g large chopped walnuts
    • 50g chopped turkish delight
    • 1 egg for greasing
    For 2 Cozonaci:
    • 660 g of flour 000
    • 170 g sugar
    • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
    • 10 g of salt
    • 54 g of fresh yeast
    • 4 yolks at temp. room
    • 2 ampoules of your choice
    • 80 g butter + 50 g oil
    • 360 g fat milk
    • 300 g cocoa cream
    • 100 g large chopped walnuts
    • 100 g chopped Turkish delight
    • 1 egg for greasing
