I bought the 3 meter tape measure for measuring drums and rotors mainly. Super nice, even nicer is the measurements is printed on both sides of the tape.
Hello Fellow Toolhaulics and Friends: CP thank you for this Shap On tool flyer video. Yes they are expensive but IMHO you are investing in your future. ❤❤ God Bless you and SUNNY. TMP from N.J.
I bought both slimline wrench sets a couple years back & although i don't use them everyday, i find that theyre way more useful than i originally thought they would be. On the plus side, you don't have to grind down other stuff for one time use situations. Godbless
Reminds me of a video I saw 15 years ago where a lady was complaining her job was outsourced. The interviewer went through her products, including car, which were all imported.
Cp, I agree with everything you have to say. Snap on is absolutely the best. The problem is the next closest competitor is at the very worst an 85 % of snap on. And perhaps 1/4 of the price. That’s it.
That's cool. I don't live as far east. I think I've heard people talking about it before though. I'm glad they didn't get flooded out. It got pretty bad during Helene and a few days before. Lots of flooding.
I got the Vessels you recommend..but if Snap on had an offering I sure would have gotten them ..bits , anything..great job Buddy..Happy Birthday again..late now..
I don’t mind supporting USA made! Dang that oil pressure tester looks good but I bought myself the otc one. Thanks for confirming my suspicions about the lang rebrand on the compression tester and cylinder leak down tester lol great video man!
Ripple effect economics, much better than trickle down economics. I agree with you on the politics aspect, there needs to be more than just a separation of church and state.
It astounds me, I have fire apparatus brought to me for proper diagnosis and repair. Quality work isn't cheap. Cheap work typically won't give you a quality repair. Snap On tools for me are an investment. The truck coming to my shop saves me time, so I can spend more time on the project making $$. Oakley, I bought X metal during my active duty service. My Oakleys and Snap On tools are both made in the USA and have held their value thru the years. I just would like Snap On to have some time of tour times if only a couple times a month.
I think you should prioritize mental wellness support before stressing about Snap-on, sir. You seem to have a significant misconception about consumer choices. Remember, buying or owning Snap-on is optional, just like owning a luxurious house or car. It's all about personal freedom!
Snap-on has gotten quite pricey as of late but so have the other tool trucks. With the current economic situation and prices for daily necessities, Snap-on prices start to look astronomical to the average Joe. What the average Joe fails to realize is that technicians large tool collections have been built up over years of buying tools and making weekly payments. A lot of those tools are bought on sale and cash is king when faced with the possibility of a large purchase. The majority of Snap-on's hand tools are made in the USA. The same can't be said of Mac and Matco.
Quality I don't know about that. This morning I bought a set of 3/8 Drive metric semi deep socket set. And a couple of the sockets our machine way off centered and now I got to wait a week too get them exchanged
Yeah great, but I also have a family, skills, and support my local businesses. Yet I have to live within my budget, so Taiwan, Mexico, India, Vietnam it is. Interestingly, Snap-On doesn't hesitate to load up its trucks with German-made tools (that Knipex stuff is way way way too expensive to justify a 10% in performance).
You bring up knipex- I’d rather have a couple knipex pliers and a few snapon, then 50 Taiwan pliers any day. Sometimes less tools But higher quality ends up the same money and better performance. Pliers is a great example of when quality counts
Black rock, Vanguard, Main Street, 10 trillion dollars Under management. 88% of the S&P 500 You can't defecate without blackrock, owning a piece of it.
Wow has the whole world gone woke is S O really putting that kind of money into politics? On a better note good video CP for your age you must of been raised by older Parents and or Grandparents your value's are of the old school and have I ever mentioned how much I appreciate you and your way of running a business 👍😎👍
If it keeps tools made in America I would pay extra money.
That's a big reason I do it. I'd rather wait a bit, save up and go with American stuff. Not always is that doable, but I make the effort.
@Tools_and_Guitars I agree
Keeps it real to see the American workers that produce the tools. 🔧🇺🇸 Pride..
You want a country that manufactures things you have to buy the things they manufacture pretty simple.
Very well said CP. 🇺🇸
I bought the 3 meter tape measure for measuring drums and rotors mainly. Super nice, even nicer is the measurements is printed on both sides of the tape.
That's a great use case for that tape measure, you're gonna get a ton of use out of it.
Awesome video brother. Thanks for sharing. Keep the content coming. Hope you have an incredible night. Much love and RESPECT
I appreciate the love, I'm glad you enjoyed it!

Great point!
Those thin angle wrenches are a really good idea.
You got it, they work great!
Reminds me of a video I saw 15 years ago where a lady was complaining her job was outsourced. The interviewer went through her products, including car, which were all imported.

In times of War it is critical that you can manufacture your own tools and machinery
Tennessee pride! Dang. I've lived in east TN my whole life and didn't know snap on had a factory in Elizabethton.
That's cool. I don't live as far east. I think I've heard people talking about it before though. I'm glad they didn't get flooded out. It got pretty bad during Helene and a few days before. Lots of flooding.
Tyco fast trax was insane for the time
Picked up that feeler gauge set last week, that thing is sweet.
I know right?!
Snap on wrenches are the best perios
Looks like I need to get some 4 way wrenches. Been waiting for a sale.
Picked up one of the new 3/8 drive locking flex head ratchets, expensive yes but oh so sexy.
You won't regret it!
Hey I still use flat blade screw drivers…
Lol yes we all do 🤣😜
@ ah I went back and listened again. Switching to pry bar metal now I got ya.

You're spot on! I've always said it's an investment, and it definitely pays for itself.
Good video. I believe has a lot great tools. But some things better elsewhere. Yes expensive but good quality.
It's definitely not all sunshine and roses.
When snap on starts caring about us, I'll start caring about them.

It's definitely a different world out there right now with how things are going
Great video CP 👍
Thanks for checking it out, I appreciate it!
Great video as always brother
I appreciate you saying that!

That's a bummer to hear, but I'm sure they'll make it right.

You know it's all about the ROI, sometimes you gotta go with what's best value.

What if you Google Harbor Freight does it show all the underage workers ? 😂
Nope lol

What!?? Snap-On is owned by Blackrock??? Holy shit, I had no idea. That's really disappointing 😞
They are a share holder not a majority owner.
Blackrock owns 80% of the stock market. Snap-On is a publicly traded company.
BlackRock Inc. filed a 13F-HR form disclosing ownership of 39,690,714 shares of Snap Inc. (US:SNAP) valued at $659,262,760 USD as of June 30, 2024

If snap-on moves production overseas that will lead to their death. Wonder if all there steel is US produced , or just US resold ?
