The Naruto Universe is a large one, with layers and layers of lore that is sometimes very hard to keep track of. What’s even worse, I don’t recall there actually being a dating system, so sometimes it can be hella hard to know in what order some things occur. But fear not! I am here and I will lay it all down for you in a nicely wrapped bow and help you to the best of my ability. Of course, a lot of this is speculation since some of this needs to be based off of character ages and stuff, and I don’t have the full picture of how old people were, especially since sometimes ages don’t line up, and what more can you expect? While we enjoy Naruto like fine literature, you gotta remember that Kishimoto was writing a new chapter weekly for a time, and then monthly. He didn’t have time for numbers. He just wanted to draw more badass eyeballs and giant kaiju. But regardless of that, we shall do our best to form a semi-accurate and definitely coherent timeline of events to help you understand how the Naruto World works.

yeah but the timeline makes no sense ... like somehow Jiraiya was looking for the so called child of prophecy and he goes from believing it's minato, to beleiving is Nagato, to minato again, before he dies and he believes is naruto. like the timeline makes no sense. Unless he trained nagato first (left the rain village when the boy was 12 heard nagato died) then began training minato fresh of the academy ... at the same time, we know Minato receives the rinnegan from madara during obito's flashback which is during the third war, but during the second war we know he already had it.

So, I’m sure that you put in a lot of work with this… and I know this because I have created an excel sheet of the entire Naruto timeline. I had to create several timesheets because the Naruto world is so huge. I had to separate the shippuden timeline into two because of how big it is.
I’m a detailed person because I do the estimated date, the episode, and an explanation of what is happening in the episode…. Along with another column with my original character’s role in the episode. 😂

@@Fuyukori here is the thing, I’m not done yet. I’m going through each and every episode of Naruto so I can record the “data” properly. I’m only on Naruto shippuden episode 56. And I’m also doing filler episodes and all, so it’s taking a while. I haven’t been able to work on it for a while because I’m still in school

@@animalover608 did you notice how sakumo killed himself at 24 bnb? this dont make sense, cause kakashi was alive when that happened. fast forward to 4 bnb when the 3rd war started. That would mean kakashi was at least 20. which we know he wasnt 20.
