I just came across this channel a few days ago and I fell in love! My father in law suddenly passed away the other day and it’s been a rough couple of days. I had to put my husband on a plane by himself this morning with such a heavy and broken heart and this video showed up magically in my time of need and has been truly miraculous! I couldn’t fall back asleep this morning so I made sure to go and find this one from my notifications and it had come at the right time for me. I was just laying there thinking hard about falling asleep and waking up hoping it would come when at the time I just wasn’t falling asleep. Thanks to this video I actually fell back asleep pretty quick. Thank you for the extra 2.5h hrs of sleep ♥️

I love the soft spoken sessions most and use them to calm down at night. And it's wonderful to have the possibility to choose a session without music! 👍I'm very noise sensitive. I have had ME/CFS for four and a half decade and I know now that my autonomous nervous system is chronically over reacting (in a very komplicated way). So your sessions are a life saver for me in the evening to help me falling asleep. I also love that your season and wether signs anchor the session in time and space. I'm especially happy about the bird sounds. 🐦🎶🎶😊
