Hello sir. I'd just like to thank you for your wonderful videos. In my mocks, I was awarded with a 6 in Lang and a 7 in lit. For the final exams I used your techniques, advice and exam structure, and I walked away with an 8 in language and a 9 in literature. I could not have done it without you, and I wish the best for not only you, but for everyone else watching this video for next year.
watching your videos always hits me with that confidence that I'll be able to get a fantastic grade in my exams. I had mocks recently and i managed to get 9s in both my lit mock (Romeo and Juliet + unseen poetry) and my lang mock (Paper 1) thanks to your videos! Thank you so very much!!! Please continue with what you're doing :))))
Hi Mr Salles...your videos have helped me a lot...so thank you and also can you please do videos on Dennis Kelly's DNA as there aren't mamy resources available for it. Thank you
I know it's late but I struggle categorising key quotes like I wouldn't know how to use them in a specific question. I use your videos for understanding and take notes however when it comes to quotes I feel lost. Like I don't know where to find them and how to categorise them to themes and characters. Any help?
I would like to suggest that the name Daisy could be an allusion to the fact that Gerald essentially 'deflowered' her; I think it's safe to assume that she was a virgin when Gerald met her, and he took her virginity.
@@amirfran6302 idk if its useful now but it was how is mr billing presented as an unlikeable character and how does priestly present abuse of power. For poetry it was comparing power between my last duchess and another poem.

Was the play first performed in the UK/England before or after elections? Googled and says a year after the elections.
Premier in Moscow 6th July 1945, written prior to that! Election result 26th of July 1945.
@@MrSallesTeachesEnglish THANKS!

Yes, she would have been a virgin, so this would be a great reason why Eric doesn’t know her as Daisy after Gerald. Nice idea, thanks
cool man thank you
I have my english lit paper 2 mock tomorrow and im really nervous because i left all revision to the night before😂!
