immigrants have taken over south sheilds pier, they take any size fish and nobody will do anything even when reported, they only pick on easy targets because they are cowards. @@CJAuditsAuditingNI

A lot of people put fish back after they catch them. If you take it one stage further and don't use a hook, so you can never catch a fish, can you be required to have a licence?
