Hi, I travelled to Estonia
I have no idea how this little mole tunnelled her way into my feed but she seems like a national treasure in the making.
Same. And it was a video about cooking that was recommended and I never watch cooking stuff so it’s a real mystery. I really like her though so it was a good recommendation.
You make me sick.
i was about to comment something similar .... O.O
brutal 😆
u mean China national treasure right?
Mole's international adventuuuure
These videos make me feel I'm in on the exploration.
There's no contrivance to give off a self-regarding impression. It's just the natural flow of a journey - whatever happens is what we see. So authentic.
The world needs more Mole’s ❤ And somebody needs to give Mole her own TV show.
Shame the word mole has a double meaning
Hi Mole!
I, too, was blessed by the algorithm and am happy I got to know you! :)
A little pro-tip for these kotlety (called "mielone" in Poland): after you portion and form them, roll each one around in some breadcrumbs for an extra crispy shell.
Off-topic: "little mole" would be "krecik" in Polish and there's an oldschool cartoon about one and his various adventures (originally "Krtek" in Czech).
Don't ever change and keep on posting!
He's the reason I made my name little mole:) it's my favorite cartoon
I was looking for weatherspoons reviews online , but instead .... I've made 12 budget meals, worked in a cat cafe/flower shop and slept in a church on route to Canterbury... A fortunate stroke of serendipity for me... Looking forward to where I go next. ❤
Mole's hat is now a national treasure, goes with her everywhere!
We love Mole here in Yorkshire. God bless you Mole. 👍
im yorkshire too sheffield and i agree yorkshire loves her vids
Mole is so adorable, I really enjoy watching her adventures
OH WOAH! GREETINGS FROM ESTONIA‼️ I’m Estonian and I recently found you and I’m so happy that you decided to come here!! I hope you like it :)!
Enjoy and safe travels. 🙏
Omg so cool! I am polish and we also eat that! I need to travel to Estonia one day!! Looks lush!!
You are polish and you use the word lush?! 😊
@@daviecrocket9160 British English 🙂
Thanks for sharing little mole , i woke up at 4.20 am christmas morning , looks like im on cheese on toast for christmas dinner , glad i have my yorkshire tea bags. Merry christmas
Hi Mole, keep enjoying life! No idea how / why YT recommended your videos but they are unique!
I was waiting for you to try the mustard!
Mole‘s Adventure. On the way to 22k, c‘mon guys push that button! 😀👍
I really like it when foreigners visit Estonia. You did great!
Thank you for visiting us! I highly recommend trying to make the cabbage yourself, it is a HUGE difference if its homemade or store bought. Im sure there are many recipes you can find, but the easiest is to put salted pork fat on the bottom of the pot, then fresh fermented cabbage on top(hapukapsas), and let it slow cook on the lowest heat possible for hours, until the cabbage becomes nice and soft and well stewed. Salt to taste, though the pork fat should have enough salt. If you are cooking with gas, make sure there is ventilation so the gas doesnt become dangerous in a small apartment, ok? Especially when cooking for very long periods of time. Stay safe.
U bring me so much happiness mole. Thank you for being you! Stay warm ❤
Brilliant! Thanks for the adventure... Every new video is completely different from anything else on YT.
Mole is a blessing from God !!! 🙌🏻
Hehe I loved that you tasted the water like a foodie. It should be clean and crisp without the additives! One of the most important things to savour!
I joined for the cheap meal ideas but mole is honestly addictive to watch watching her scurry around the world
I loved the hot mustard at the end 😊 merry Christmas 🎄🎁🎄🎁🎄🎁🎄🎁
Estonia looks great this time of year!
🙆♀to do:
verivorst (blood sausage),
pohlamoos (lingonberry/cowberry jam),
hapukoor (sour cream),
kõrvitsasalat (canned pumpkin salad),
praekapsas ("this delicious carrot thing"),
kartulid (oven-roasted potatoes),
glögi (spiced non alcoholic mulled wine).
@@hogwrangler3283 thank you so much for supporting 😭 I will definitely make them!
@@Imalittlemole Having made verivorst from scratch, I STRONGLY, STRONGLY advise against that. I asked my grandmother to pass on the tradition of making it a few years ago and I still can't get over the trauma.
It was bloody delicious, though.
Love how you travel around, Little Mole 😊
Thank you for your great videos. ✌️✌️
Little mole the water connoisseur, Merry Christmas👍
What a random thing in my feed :P
A few nitpicks. You're supposed to soak the bread crumbs before incorporating it into the meat. I've personally never seen bread crumbs used, but just plain old stale white wheat "bread", soaked either in milk or water for like 10...15 minutes. Remove from liquid, squeeze out the excess liquid, crumble in your hands. I guess you can use store bought bread crumbs, you just need to be more specific with the liquid, since you can't wring it out. Or maybe you can, I dunno. Secondly, many people like to pre-fry the onion (no browning, slow and low just 'til it's translucent). Thirdly, some people think the onion is the actual secret ingredient in kotlets. You might even try 1:1 ratio of ground meat to onion if you want really good kotlets :P Just make sure it's chopped fine and pre-fried.
Concerning that jar of "Praekapsas", you're supposed to heat it up before eating it and it's usually eaten as a side to just plain old boiled potatoes. Yum yum.
Love watching your adventures Mo! From Exeter UK
That thumbnail is SO ADORABLE I WANNA CRY!!!
Protec her at all costs!
I find your videos relaxing. You explore, I watch. Thank you.
Im danish and we have kotteletter. Its the same thing. Was really big in the 80s. Nowadays I dont even think the younger generation knows what it is.
Its originally french and is called côtelette
I am amazed how far you travel, not long ago you were in Essex my home town.
Hope you stay safe & have the time of your life.
Merry Christmas little mole! 🎄 hope you have had lots of fun in Estonia!
Visiting Estonia during Christmas time is truly a magical experience, especially the Christmas Market in Tallinn (one of the main tourist attractions).
Enjoy your Christmas mini adventure.
Nice to watch your channel growing
I'm pretty hungover right now and I have to say this video was such a perfect remedy along with some peppermint tea, thanks!
looks delicious mole, thank you for another great video!
Great vid LittleMole wasn’t expecting this nice surprise. Merry Xmas.
You GO girl🎉
Great adventuring Mole.
Im so proud to be estonian now 🥰
Merry Christmas little Mole, here's to many more adventures! 🎄🎉🥂
Your videos always bring a smile to my face Mole. What was the cute music that started to play part way throigh?
My shazam didn’t find it
I caress you in my heart. That was a really sweet video
Hi Lu. I lived in Poland for 15 years, and some dishes are very similar. Watching you coock made me hungry, hihi.,😅 also missed Poland. Maybe one day you could visit Poland/Szczecin, I am sure you will like it, and the people are awesome, and the food is magical, hmmm, how I miss it. Try pierogi and the soup Barscz, and Paszteczik, oh, and smal fish in canes called Szprotki.
Thank you for your video, loved it.❤❤❤❣️❣️❣️
Enjoy your adventures
Love the music in this vid
Mole! Pro tip I always urge for when you are traveling away from home or especially on longer trips: have a smartwatch with gps and emergency call function. If you ever lose your belongings it can literally save you. You can also have emergency medical information, emergency fall and crash detection, and credit cards saved on it for food or travel expense.
A secondary cell phone also isn't a bad idea but if you lose your primary, you've likely lost that, and it won't keep health tabs, so it's easier and more convenient to just wear a watch. Safe travels!
That’s a very sound advice!!! I hope she listens 👌
You don't half get about. Well done.
I loved eating kotlet as a kid😋 you should try "chebureki" I used to eat it alot growing up and I think you would enjoy it.
Very delicious.
Greetings, Estonia is a country I would love to visit. A great little vlog as always. Happy holidays to you.
😂😂😂 nice ending! Looks yummy 😋
Enjoy your adventure Mole! ❤
Always brights my day up!
I domt know if anyone else said this but i would recommend trying the cabbage heated up in a pot/pan its not a must but it does make it better imo
Hey little mole, thanks for sharing your adventures with us! Fun to see you exploring new countries!
You're full of surprises Mole .Happy Christmas , I wonder what adventures you'll have in the New Year....
I bet Amoeba is missing you❤
Have a great Estonian adventure Mole.
GOTA GET MY DAILY DOSE OF THE MOLE LOVE THE NAME ADDICTED AT THE MO BUT YOU ARE BEAUTIFULL MAKES MY DAY JUST TO LISTEN AS I DO MY WORK IN THE OFFICE
Your cute little mole personality is very nice. I'm the kitty in the window. ✌️
After Spoons, must be a treat.
I love your channel so much!
awesome always wanted to go to talinn and around!
Keep it up mole!
I love your video 🎉
Looks great little Mole. I had been looking at visiting Estonia myself. Maybe Christmas time would be a good time to do it
Love that Estonian cat
Best introduction ever
mole ,Estonia, kutlet let's go
I love it Mole ❤❤❤❤
Very cool! I think Eastern European food is overlooked, definitely worth shining a light on it. If you ever get the chance to travel to Georgia, I would *highly* recommend checking out Georgian cuisine. Khinkali and adjaruli khachapuri are great. Thank you for being you, Lucy!
I've had amazing Georgian food in Estonia, it's heavily slept on!!
This channel is peak kino 👌
What is kino?
@@blazednlovinit it's a term originally just meaning "cinema" but which became sort of a meme, and it's now used half-jokingly to refer to something of the highest quality (usually but not always audiovisual media)
@@CasperTimorkino literally means cinema in Polish 👌
@@CasperTimor you explained this in a perfect style for me to understand this, thank you mate, hope you have a great Christmas and New Year
Merry Christmas Little Mole 👍
Very much enjoyed that you decided to taste the mustard on its own instead of with the kotlet 😂
mole's world takeover has begun!
kotlet is great and simple to make
in my home old/stale bun soaked in milk is a must for kotlets
Hi mole we love your videos especially the eating part nom nom nom 😋 Stay safe
I think very much you should visit Conwy North Wales. I think it will suit you very much! ❤
We love Mole!
I was in Tartu at the time with my gf, pretty wild you were also out and about 😂
6:35 It's probably bought when Estonia had it's own currency called "kroon" until 2011. You should have tried sinep with kotlet. That's how we usually eat it. dip it in the mustard.
Love your videos! I think I will try this 😊
Fun fact: variation of such dishes are called "köfte" in turkish, the words "kot" and "kött" are just köfte with the f and e removed
Kotlet is also one of the most popular dishes in Poland...
Hi.
I lived in Poand for 15 years. Watchink her cooking made me miss Poland.
Estonia feels very Polish tbh 😂
Window kitty looks so similiar to my cat! It could be her sibling!!
Haha it's hot 🥵👀 will be with the mole hat on so cute 👀😋im going to make cutlets with beef yummy looking forward to more adventures x
Thank you for a great video. ❤😊
This episode reminds me of the first time as a young boy seeing my first Chaise longue. As you can understand that was a great day
I was telling my wife that they had created a Mole Sanctuary in my home town of Seaham in County Durham and up came the most interesting mole ever in my feed. I lived for a long time in Norway and they call those meat patties Karbonade (Karbonader).
I went the the mole sanctuary before. It has a sign says famous mole and it's so funny. Seaham is beautiful btw
@ Did you pick any sea glass?
@@wormthatturned8737 Of course hehe
the best mole is roly mo
Mole seems like a very nice person.
Yo Mole, glad tidings, hope u see that cat again
The mustard reaction 😜
I loved Estonia when I visited, quite a small capital though!
Mole, you have fast become one of my favourite RUclipsrs👍😊
Mole, how did you end up in Estonia?
Hello little mole! Since you are in Estonia come to Finland also! It's just a little trip over the waters and we have lots of stuff to cook.
Don’t say that as she’ll plan a walking trip to Finland 😂💅
@pocaluneksmierci Oh darn yeah that's right, this is a bit longer than the Jesus walk ok? It's like a boat thingy
@@jayjaysaves6589 we don’t want her to freeze while walking across the Baltic Sea tho 😂
@@pocaluneksmierci Well, dress accordingly, so, like you were entering a freezing HELLsinki 🥶👍 It's good once you get here (and there's no way back anyway soooo).
@@jayjaysaves6589 I’m originally from Poland, I survived -37c winters when I grew up so I know how to dress appropriately 😂💅
Like so many others, i don't have slightest ide WHY it was recommended to me. Still, excellent content. And yes, only way to go wrong with making meal from pork+onion is ending with charcoal :) ..
Very charming lady
Omg you visited my neighbouring country! one day come to Latvia :D
the way you say estonia is so cute
Very interesting thank you!
I normally grate the an onion and half a potato into my mix and make the patty thinner. Are you in Tallinn? I love that city, hope you show us videos of walking down the old cobble streets.
