Based on the video: - frozen hash brown patties baked until crispy - bacon fried in skillet - shredded cheese, probably jack cheese based on the color and texture - avocado - eggs and splash of milk whisked together and scrambled in butter, topped with chives and pepper - the sauce looks like mayo, hot sauce, grated garlic, maybe a tiny bit of hot honey (honey infused with chilis. Hard to tell though), salt, pepper. - Assemble on a warm flour tortilla (must be warm or it will split open) and pressed into hot dry skillet for color and crisp.
Wait until all ingredients are cold and then assembled the burrito. Also give it some extra pan time once rolled to brown as many sides as possible. Wait for it to cool down again on either a wire rack or paper towels then wrap tightly with cling wrap and refrigerate. Then just reheat wrapped in paper towels in microwave or pop in to a toaster oven. It helps... but it's so hard to meal prep burritos without them getting a little soggy. Besides like flash freezing.
Ooh no I was taught by my neighbour in new mexico roast hatch green chile's over open flame and peel skin de seed and chop, bacon cooked and crumbled, scrambled egg, cheese and pico de gallo or salsa roll and eat no need for a frying pan, absolut3ly delicious, made about a hundred for a garage sale once a d they sold out in 30 minutes
@papaee5678 2 hash browns≈ 280 calories; 2 bacon≈80 calories, that large Tortilla (assuming it's flour) ≈ 450 calories, 2 eggs scrambled ≈140 calories, Mozzarella cheese ≈ 100 calories. About 1,000 calories in that burrito. Of course the calories can change depending on what brands they are, but still a high cal breakfast
@@SaucedUpFoodshow about you tell us the ingredients for the mayonnaise-based sauce like people are asking. You're going to worry about someone asking about how long it takes to be in the freezer or whatever that's not more important than knowing what the sauce is.
I LOVE your nails. Orange is my favorite color 🥹
Lol let's start our day at 7am and end it at 7:15am.

Yum! 🤤
Can I ask what are you using please?
These look delish. What was the white base for the sauce?

Is there a way to not get the burritos soggy after?

Any calorie details

About 1500 calories per burrito maybe???😂
That's why you exercise so you can burn and eat all that again ❤
@sanchezs7614 I don't know man
Looks kinda hard to work all that off😁
@@sanchezs7614you’d need a week to burn that off 😅
@@jac_builtWoodworks nah, just a couple hours of some go old exercise 🤸⛹️🏃

Add Garlic to a "breakfast burrito"? 😂Naaaw
what's in the sauce too fast?

What cheese? 🧀
No avocado please
Why bother with no recipe! What's the point?
Did you really watch the entire video to still ask for the recipe? It’s a fucking breakfast burrito, not 12th grade AP calculus. Stop being lazy.
Potatoes don't belong in breakfast burritos, and I believe that firmly!
I mean you’re wrong 😂😂 potato belongs in breakfast and lunch burritos
As a Mexican i disagree, they taste great
If you replace the potatoes with more fluffy eggs, does it not make the burrito better?
@@reddguy nope makes it worse potato>egg 😂
1400 calories as soon as you wake up in the morning? No thanks
Just change the recipe a bit so it better suits your calorie intake?

@@papaee5678not to mention the half avocado and the sauces that are used. A lot of calories.
@@brianplaza5661 ah this must be American macros because no way a tortilla in England is 400 calories
How long does it last in the freezer?
A month if in air tight container
