I subscribed to the channel after watching this and another video of yours (the one on the mini 500 game player, which i was about to buy, but then thanks to your video i saw the terrible screen tearing that afflicts the product, i've seen at least 6 video reviews on that product and only you have explained the defects well, always considering the budget price anyway)
Unlike many other youtubers, i have noticed that you expose the strengths and weaknesses of the various products well, but above all the defects are well exposed so that everyone knows what to expect from that product and not get burned by seeing their expectations demolished
I was going to buy these arcade micros, for nostalgic reasons and because i still wanted to play them for 10 or 15 minute sessions, but after this video i won't. Now i find them all on ebay at a minimum price of 30 or 40 dollars each, so i got myself a trimui model s which has almost the same design but has significantly better performance, for same price
These micro arcades imho are just collectibles and are good only if they cost $15 each, no more

I have an Oregon Trail micro arcade, and it really isn't all that great. There's a major flaw in the software where you can get stuck in certain menus, like the pacing menu, and the screen is super washed out.

I disagree man. They’re way more playable than the cabinets and you couldn’t fit a regular speaker in there anyways- not to mention I’d barely ever have the sound on. Having said all that I haven’t played one yet (mine are in the post!) who knows, I might end up agreeing with you once I’ve got mine lol
