*Due to the extreme drop in the price of solar modules tracking systems are now superfluous.* In any case, they are mechanics and need maintenance. And they are very susceptible to wind. For this reason and because of the mechanics, most of them only last a 1-10 years. *It is much cheaper and much more reliable to simply install more solar modules!*
Factory price is 5180 dollars. We can also provide 550w solar panels. Link: www.alibaba.com/product-detail/15KW-HYS-28PV-78-M-3LD_1600385892119.html?spm=a2700.shop_plser.41413.3.140e1760WFaT55
Very interesting, I have a question. With solar panels being so cheap these days, is the gain from a tracking system better value for money than just adding say one or two more static panels? Does the ROI work, bearing in mind maintenance and the electricity losses needed to power the tracking system? Apologies if this question has already been asked and answered.
Solar panels are cheap but most people systems are maxed out so it’s not a matter of more solar panels but needing more inverter to run slave and handle the power then storing it especially if your off grid 100% it’s just not everyone always says just add more panels most people can’t even comprehend adding up the mppt charger amounts….
Dual Axis (4 way moving mounts) produce more hours of energy and a higher production rate by first aiming the panels directly at the sun at sunrise and due to the panels tracking and keeping locked onto the sun production is higher and does not end until actual sunset. ------ (this is baring blockage of light due to trees, buildings, mountains). Panels on a dual axis mount are always aiming directly at the sun and so they produce 30% to 40% more power even during the middle of the day than fixed panels that are bolted into place and during the different seasons may be aimed looking above or below the sun. ------- Static mounted panels on a roof or ground mount facing South don't produce much at all until approx 1 hour after sunrise and they stop about 1 hour before sunset so you lose about 2 hours of production each day on a fixed mount.

Make two platforms. Combine the panels in series or parallel as needed
