Hello Jimmy hows the wanking hand....any way the fellwanderer and my self back in the black and white days ....used to do climb every Northumberland hill. But we were a lot younger and a lot fitter....you are bringing back some exellent memories wandering around up there ...then we discovered the Cheviot Yeti .....be carefull .

Enjoyed that Jim, I can’t help thinking though when you are showing the landscape that it is beautiful but it is very sparse in biodiversity and very few trees. I imagine many years ago that the landscape would have been full of trees and wildlife and it looks like a place that could do with re wilding. The whole landscape seems to me is set up for sheep and gentry bird shoots ATB Dave

Cracking camp Jimmy, with cracking views, even the mist was atmospheric. You need to build up practice mileage in the hills before doing a long hike, lessons learnt.
