A Quicker Easier Way To Overcome Anxiety

- Therapy for anxiety can be difficult. Some will overcome anxiety quickly, some recover from anxiety very slowly and some quit anxiety therapy with no progress. But combining therapies can make anxiety recovery quicker, easier and more effective.
In this video I look at how hypnosis or hypnotherapy can enhance cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) in the treatment of Generalised Anxiety, Panic Disorder (panic attacks), Health Anxiety Social Anxiety and Phobias.
It can be used for desensitisation (graded exposure), to aid behavioural experiments and reduce safety behaviours. Hypnosis aids relaxation and can reduce anxiety that some of the tasks in CBT can bring. Хобби
On reflection what I'm trying to say is it would be great if a hypnosis video supported people to cope with some of the challenges of cbt . You mention how it might help avoidance ! It would be great to have this incorporated into a hypnosis session ! So grateful for all you do . Thank you very much
My therapist does CBT and hypnotherapy. So I've asked her if we can try CBH.
Visualization can ge very helpful, as is mindfulness. I use the little book 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels a lot. Being present in the anxiety is so important.

To be honest I don’t know which anxiety syndrome Ibe dealing with but ireally need good advice how to overcome it I experience this over 3 months ago till NOW
Body be cold time for time (shivering)
Ibe dizzy time for time
My side chest n back shoulders always be in pain
Legs sometimes feel week like it make me wanna just drop right there
Hot sometimes
I sweat sometimes
Have my body feel weird
Made me stop goin places
I mediate exercise walk blocks sometimes and listen to anxiety/panic attack’s hypnosis wen I go to sleep
It be good days I feel great den next days I feel down I just wanna know how to accept or manage it to over come
Cbt did help depression but not anxiety for me
