So, what if a person is a fire type, but already has strong symptoms of lack of fire? Low energy levels, poor digestion, cold in all the three burners, arrythmia, lack of zest for life, burnout... Will these steps help to improve, and if yes, is it really advisable to eat spicy food if a person already has an excess of fire?

Knowing these aspects can be very helpful. I am so surprised not many know this. It would be great if more did, medical doctors western too.

The water meridian calms fire when it is excess but when it is low, the wood meridian helps it grow. This video is far from traditional TCM in regard to Shiatsu which is a part of TCM.
