Something very 70's about this sound. Blue Oyster Cult comes to mind. Love the whole song. Grabs your attention on TV with just those few notes.

Instantly makes me feel chilled like I’m relaxing on a hammock on the beach listening to the tide coming in and out. Would also sound amazing sampled on an old school hip hop track.
Heard this tune on the Corona beer advert a while ago and loved it but never got round to searching for it. Since then I've discovered Khruangbin & love them. Now I finally get around to searching for that tune and find out it's by them?!? Mind beautifully blown!

It's summer in Canada finally, grab a brew and relax by a fire.
This tune reminds me of something from either the late 69s or early 70s and I can't make my mind up which artist it reminds me of. Brilliant all the same, they are using this in a beer advert now.

This reminds me so much of another tune. I was living that Corona beach life style while working in Southern Turkey in the early 80s in my early 20s. This piece is so reminiscent of that time. Great times and thank you Kruangbin for capturing the spirit of it so superbly.

These guys have been listening to 'Tom Scott' - 'Today' which Pete Rock sampled on As they reminise over you (TROY)........have a listen especially when the main bass kicks in, The song was originally recorded by Jeferson Airplane but its the Tom Scott version which this song is heavilly influenced by.

A long time ago I came across a band called Gygafo ; a long forgotten group from the 70's who managed one album called Legend Of The Kingfisher. By all accounts its pretty dreadful. Anyway, I always thought that their name sounded like it came straight out of the legend of King Arthur - the sword of Gygafo - that type of thing. Instead I discovered that the name was derived from the usual responce the band got when performing their early auditions... Get Your Gear And F*** O**. Ha ha! I hope that amused you too. When I first heard this in the Corona ad, *find your beach*, it seemed to sound so familiar though I knew I had never heard it before. This sound takes me back to the early 70s, maybe thats why.
