I love how Ray just quietly mimics Warios animations.
Platy constantly telling them about the "Meta Game" and telling them to gang up on Ray, then making the dumbest decisions gives me *L I F E XD*
Platy spends 5 minutes trying to decide what to do, and then during the 15 seconds they're looking at the minigame he stares at a wall so that when the minigame starts he goes "What are we doing? What's happening?" I don't understand it.
At 1:29:55 he's clearly there, he speaks. The instructions for the minigame are visible for at least fifteen seconds, and Ray and Chilled explain what to do. Then when it starts "What are we doing? What are we doing?". Then after he screws up "WHY DOES THIS MOVE LIKE THAT?! WHY DOES THIS MOVE LIKE THAT!"

Max just kinda sucks and doesn't make any sense, easily falls into traps

No, because when you yell at Gavin to hit "A", he giggles, says "Sorry!", and hits it. When you yell "Hit 'A'!" at Max, he says, "Hold on...hold on...let's just think about this!", and after three minutes, he asks you to pick a number.

My favorite group playing my favorite Mario Party. I honestly can’t get enough of this series, brings back so many memories from when I was a kid. I think it helps that Ze’s never played these, his first time reactions really add to it for me.

Platy is slowly becoming like a mustache-twirling villain in these streams. I don't completely dislike him though, it''s hilarious when unlucky things happen to him.
I kinda just get annoyed at how inept he's "acting". Like idk maybe read the text on screen before bitching about loosing a minigame. Is that just me?
@@lolipoprulz Yeah, he could have better chances at winning if he did that. But that makes it more hilarious when the game throws all the bad luck his way. At least in my opinion. I'm glad the rest of the guys are picking up on "we're in a tournament" as a meme.
@@penteller7636 oh for sure. I love the its a tournament meme, I think I should say it's more so the vocal strategizing and slow turns. That being said even my friend group has that friend that does this so it is what it is! Still loving the free hours of content

I feel like, Platy doesn't think about his own gain properly in this.
He tries way too hard to metagame and forgets that he actually has to play to win. He'll probably spend the whole tournament in the basement and blame Chilled and Ze for not ganging up on Ray.
He...he didn’t use the boo bell to get coins to get a star. Why?!
The best part, had he stolen the star from Chilled instead of coins from Ray, he probably would've won the first map.
Platy seems to end every minigame wondering why he lost or complaining that he didn't read the instructions when these are minigames meant for children and they have time to read them. It feels like when it's not his turn he's just playing with a fidget spinner and not paying attention until the game starts.

Yes, but actually no. The star spot is predetermined, to an extent. Each time it moves, whether by buying the star or lucky lamp, it will always choose one of the star spots it hasn't been at yet. That spot, and I believe one or two others hadn't housed Millennium Star, which means it was 1/3 chance. SO it was lucky, but not THAT lucky.

Hell yeah, Mario Party 3. This is my favorite one by far. It is probably the most chaotic.
The last turn of both of these games were so wild. This has been my favorite session so far.
200 iq play my friend and I came up with
Buy a reverse mushroom so after you pass a Boo you can use the reverse shroom to go past Boo again, then on the 3rd time you might have enough to steal a star :)
The beginning of the 2nd map had me in stitches

My man’s really gave up protection and a star for no reason whatsoever. The guy that has to go on a minute long analytical tirade every time he loses a mini game on why he lost that mini game, completely botched the simple task of pressing a button to steal 3 very good items.
Considering that Chilled stole a star from him during a MP2 game last time should be reason enough to be cautious. It is also quite defeatist to think this way, he would've indeed been well of had he stolen those items. And after that he missed stealing a star from Chilled, as he's to focussed on keeping Ray down.
@@PrayForTanqueray to be fair though, Ray is winning by a large margin. Ze and Chilled haven't really done anything to contest him. But platy really just wrecks himself most of the time.
It does to an extent dude. Most people don't bother picking on the person in last; they target the people in second or first. Maybe it wouldve helped but it also just could have taken up an item slot.

Ray's luck with the lamp at the end of both games could have technically been strategized. The star must move to every star spot on the map before it can cycle back to a spot it's already been. Both times ray used the lamp to move the star, the last spot on the board for the star to show up was right in front of him. Lol so it was garunteed
I'm kind of sad the tech issues weren't recorded. It's almost as much a part of this as the game is.

Coins can be tie breaker like in the game. If say Chilled and Ze both have the same stars, whoever has the most coins of the two wins
Wondering why platy/Max is losing. Also knowing that he doesn't plan ahead very well.
Platy has such tunnel vision, he doesn’t see things that can benefit him, only things that hurt Ray and only Ray. Tournament this and tournament that, how about enjoying the game or trying to win a single game instead of just punishing Ray at every corner

I would expect this behavior when you near the end of the tournament, not at the beginning of it. He comes across as a jerk focusing on one player and one player only like this

Yes, the trouble might be finding one. However, with the streamer's combined fanbase, I'm sure they could find a save pretty easily. It sounds like they will though next stream and do Waluigi's Island

I find it amusing max is attempting to play a meta game completely forgetting that this is Mario party. Later on there are gonna be trap spaces and lotteries that give hundreds of coins. There is no way the winner is determined by strategy XD

I believe they mentioned that at the end they would all be getting together, although they do each have a switch to play MP8, as long as miyamoto stays on his hamster wheel.
They should come back to play these games on the unlockable maps.
