The stunning Shakespeare Memorial Theatre building shown after 6:30 in this video was sadly destroyed in a fire in 1926, the year after this film was made. The modern RSC Theatre is on the same site. The modern building isn't to everyone's tastes (personally, I like it), but the performances it houses are world-class. The 'ghosts' at around the 9:30 mark are an absolute delight.

Sadly, Stratfords sky line is dominated by vast urban sprawl now.
