Will i need to connect my pc to the internet before the vm will be working on my Pc always?
Goes to a command prompt in the vertual machine when i click RDP

Hello. After followed all the instruction to get the VM. When I finally click on remote desktop computer to start the VM. I got cmd.exe command pop up with alot of info to click on. I don't know what else to do pls guide me. Thanks
Hey, in the set up process, for Image you probably picked Windows Server 2022 Datacenter Server Core. Delete that VM and set it up again but this time pick Windows Server 2022 Datacenter without the "Server Core". Hope that helps

azure says 750 hours does that means after 750 hours it will charge me?
No. It's 750 hours per month. What that means is if your running 1 virtual machine (VM) continuously for the entire month, say 31 days, you will have used 31*24= 744 hours. It's therefore not possible to surpass those hours with 1 VM. You would have to be running 2 VM or more, for example 2VM 31*24*2 =1,488 and in that case, you will be charged. In a nutshell, don't run 2VM concurrently to avoid being charged.

After the one year, stop and delete the VM and it's resource group, make sure you don't have any resources running and you won't get any charges
