The app has very limited objects for Exterior designing so I had to come up with a lot of alternatives and customization 😭 thanks for appreciating my work! ❤️

Hi, there. Are you using a mod apk for Planner 5D? If yes, that is the reason why you cannot subscribe. You'll need to completely delete the app first and install it from App Store or Play Store and then you'll be able to purchase a subscription. Hope this helps!

can the realistic effect only be seen on the photos?

I understand what you're trying to point out. But unfortunately, Planner 5D is only capable of rendering realistic images and not animations. If you really want something that goes up to that feature, of rendering realistic animations, you can use some of softwares like Lumion, etc. Hope this helps.
@@ayuh with lumion I create the rendering and the virtual tour? or can I import the rendering created with planner 5d into lumion?
@@michelebattistuzzi i actually never used Lumion. Might as well contact their support for more information about that. I don't want to give you false information 😊
