There are few regrets in quilting, one ends up loving every quilt one's quilted, but ever heard the saying, "What I wish I knew when I first started quilting!?" I've only been quilting five years and have come pretty far, but the one thing I do wish I'd known from the beginning was, *Fabric Cafe!* Since viewing the very first Fabric Cafe that popped up on my RUclips about six months ago, I watch two or three a day (and learn so much). And, I find, when talking *Quilts/Quilting* with any long-term quilter or new quilter, I always steer every quilter to Fabric Cafe (I should start carrying cards. BTW, that's a thought, how about selling card, business size, I'd buy them to hand out). When one has discovered a brilliant pathway to beautiful quilts, it's difficult not to share with others.
I have to say option B because my decor is more subtle. But they are both beautiful! I enjoy having my coffee with you ladies. Wish you were on every day. 🙂
I love seeing the different combinations, but I would have loved to see how the entire quilt would look. My favorite thing is when you show the same three fabrics but switching the locations.
Although I really like the yellow fabric, I have to choose Option B. Really enjoy seeing the different combos with the same focus fabrics. Thanks for all you do for us.
You two are ADORABLE!! I appreciate your differences!!! I have 3 daughters and we all 3 have different Favorite designs... You two respect each other and appreciate your differences 😊
Thank you. I’m one of those doesn’t know how to put fabric together………..for years I’ve had this problem. You have just solved it for me. Never heard anyone say it that way before. It sure has eased my mind on this issue I’ve had that was so frustrating to me. Thank you again.
Very fun episode! I would consider buying all 3 options of any of the groups and using all the prints in one quilt (not a 3 yard quilt but a quilt with more variety of blocks suitable for more prints).
Option A! I love the various combinations you showed today. Best part is , if you need to make some "sister" quilts... these sets are perfect for that because of the one shared fabric!
I needed this. I've made 3 quilts in the last 20 months that I truly disliked once I was done. They were made fine but the colors just didn't work. I finished them anyway and donated them to the local tiny home shelter. They said that they dressed up the home for the person. Now I plan to make more for them.
I’m drawn towards option b, but I like a too! I’m so glad you are adding more kit options, there seems to be always be one fabric in the kits that just don’t really thrill me, so I have been just waiting for the perfect combination! I hope you keep doing that!
I love the Afternoon Stroll fabrics! The Island Getaway is yummy and purple or any shade of purple is my favorite color. Option A is my preference. I enjoy a pop of color in quilts. I really enjoyed the show today with all of the options.
I choose option B, even though yellow is my favorite color. I like the subtleness B exibits. The other batik kit, Floral Charm 8022014 is really pretty! Thanks for this show.
I am new to quilting and just discovered your books and YT channel. Then to find out you're right here in Tyler, TX is a huge bonus!! I can't wait to come visit your store.
Hi Karin! So happy you found us! Yes we are located in Tyler, however we do not have a typical store front unfortunately- its only our warehouse and office space. We do offer curbside pickup where you could come by, but otherwise we are an online store.
Option A all the way! Picking fabric is one of the most fun parts of quilting. Before I retired I worked at a quilt shop, helping them pick out fabric was so fun!!! I miss it a lot!!
Option B would be my choice! But option A would push me out of my comfort zone and still make a beautiful quilt.
Option A! But love both of them.

Great idea and whomever is the lucky person will appreciate it.
