Wool Socks 100% I used to get blisters, bunions, rashes etc with towelling or cotton socks. Changed to woollen socks about four years ago, no more feet issues since 👍

Hi Mary, with your drone you can take off and landing from your hand... It's very easy and this could help to keep up with your group without loosing any chance of good shoots, just remember to change the return to home setting

It all sounds expensive. Back in my day camping used to be free. 😎🆓👍 A low-tech way around the drone problem is just use a kite, it's old school, It works. Yes I said a kite. You can mount a camera to a small kite and get very similar shots. I'm planning on doing this in some of my videos in the future. I'm not sure when, because everybody's using aerial drone shots now. It's almost a cliche. 🛩️

It looks like fancy camping to me. if you're going around place to place with a backpack that kind of to me looks a little bit like camping. I'm sure nowadays you young folks have a new name for it. I still say it looks very expensive. Even a bit dangerous with Covid-19 still around. 💸😬 Yikes!
@@ErnieRodgersMusician It really isn't, I've done it during my high school days, when I only had around 400€ to my name.
I don't really know which route she took, but I've started in Switzerland, probably the most expensive area of the Via Francigena, and stopped in Piemonte. It took around 14 days and I spent about 300€, counting equipment and everything.
It also isn't camping, you don't sleep outside, it's a famous pilgrimage and there are tons of hostels scattered around the route.
For what it's worth Mary Jane, My girlfriend Rachelle doesn't think it's camping either, oh well. 👍

No dai, voglio solo aggiungere una cosa, nei cammini lunghi io mi porto sempre dietro un buon numero di compeed e della glicerina da mettere tra le dita prima di indossare i calzini che comunque come le scarpe hanno un chilometraggio di non piu di 1500 km, questo sempre in base a mia personale esperienza, senza voler sembrare saccente. Bello il video, ottima qualità' delle riprese, spigliata la narrazione.
