They do share some resemblence, you're right! Norwegian G3 pouches will be on the agenda sometime when I get them.

I feel like the star wars pouch on the death trooper is heavily inspired by the nazi 1940 mp40 pouch
Did any of these get used for the curved MP5 magazines? I imagine they'd work fine for the early stick mags but maybe not for the curved.
There were separate mag puches that held two magazines for the MP5, made in a similar shade of green as these. But I'm very sceptical that these could fit curved MP5 mags.
