He's fast (yeah he's a fake slow), always coolheaded when finishing on goal, has perfect vision, unparalleled decision making, fantastic passing and crossing ,excellent first touch, amazing longshots, great defensive positioning (he's so good at intercepting passes too) or positioning in general, high work ethics, strong (not a powerhouse but definitly not weak), good composure, good dribbling, technique, two footed, versatile (can play so many positions), a winners mentality, teamplayer, delivers in big matches... the list goes on and on. The only reason he didn't get the Ballon d'Or (yet!) is because Man City was unlucky in CL and Belgium never got a price with their golden generation. If he achieves one of those two (Belgium is in decline so it has to be CL with Man City), he'll get Ballon d'Or.
