Well done with the cooking 🥘 I spent Christmas Day on the beach 🏝️ cheap Thai food, lovely 😊. I like to keep fit, nothing like running 🏃♂️ up and down the beach, can recommend Sai Kaew Beach, about 35 minutes drive from Jomtien, beautiful white sand and clear clean water 💦

I used an agent just to make it easier They pick you up and drop you off They sort your proof of residence with immigration They do the medical stuff When I went the second time to do the test there was a lot of paperwork but that was already filled out I just had to sign each piece of paper They just made it so easy

I like hard 8 saloon in pratamnak and the doctors in Pattaya but loads to choose from

I pay 7,000 a month on a year's contract but I got that in low season
I think it's around 10,000 baht in high season
