    “💖” I’m so thankful to you for the RUclips video on bladder problems! I started taking HRT for dryness and other menopausal problems. Unfortunately it hasn’t improved my bladder problems. I wake up every hour or two at night and need to empty my badder. It’s an absolute nightmare. My sleep is continuously interrupted and I wake up tired and feel constantly tired and fatigued and exhausted throughout the day. It’s really debilitating because I find it difficult to concentrate on anything because I am so tired and on edge. I dread going to bed at night because I’m unable to sleep properly. I shell certainly be placing an order for the supplements to help with bladder control. Finger crossed that they work for me. As I’m at a complete loss not knowing what to to to improve my situation. Strangely enough my continuous need to empty my bladder during the daytime has improved since I have been taking HRT. I don’t need to go no where near as often as I did. But nighttime like I said is another story and a source of great anxiety and concern for me. ❤️

    Interesting as always. Mosquito bites the bane of my life, even in the UK. Hanging my washing in the gdn at the beginning of the season for them I had 15 on my back and they got me through clothes. So I have to put the repellent on b4 doing that now. Enjoy.

    Thank you so much for this, Liz. I loved, loved, loved it 💜💜💜💜 and will definitely be assuming the cowgirl position and trying the supplements. I'm also going to look for the podcast you did with the pelvic health physio.
