Yes. I was on the mini pill and had HRT. Oestrogen gel. Utrogestan tablets at night as well as mini pill. Apparently you still have to have progesterone as part of HRT despite being on Desogestrel. They are different strengths of progesterone. I have now stopped Desogestrel as my periods have stopped. I am 53. X
@@beckystocks1 Thanks for taking the time to answer my question Becky! How did you know your periods had stopped if you were on the pill? I have no idea what I'm doing! Have a lot of symptoms. Xx
@@samchant-summers5382 I did a trial. I stopped the mini pill when I was 51 to see if my period had stopped. It hadn’t, after about a month being off the pill I had periods. Only light and not very painful but a nuisance more than anything. So . I tried again. Aged 53 . I stopped mini pill in March this year and nothing has happened since. So I think I am now menopausal and not peri menopause. Such a tricky and emotional time for us. X
Liz is a fan of magnesium for aiding sleep. B6 can support the brain and the immune system, so if these are concerns of yours it may be a good one to choose.
Thank you for such a valuable information about menopause💯❣
Glad it was helpful!

Liz recently shared a video on her menopause experience ❤️
Can you have any form of HRT if you are still on Desogestrel? I am reluctant to come off it as I get bad period pains. Xx

Do speak to your GP if you have any concerns here ❤️
What do you think of magnesium combined with b6
Liz is a fan of magnesium for aiding sleep. B6 can support the brain and the immune system, so if these are concerns of yours it may be a good one to choose.
Hi Liz,I was wondering do you make your scrambled eggs with soya milk or just cow's milk?
Liz uses cow's milk in her cooking
@@lizearlewellbeing is the milk she uses organic?
HRT isn’t a fundamental for everyone
We wholeheartedly believe it's every woman's choice whether she takes HRT or not ❤️
