How to apply pesticides for spider mites ? Can you share the procedure and the frequency.. and regarding fungicide also please guide me about the quantity and the frequency
Good Morning Madam, I had recently bought an Orchid Plant from a Nursery. The top leaves are turning yellow and falling down.Dendrobium type of Orchids. Please suggest me.
iam new in growing orchids....i have a dendrobium with lot of empty canes & many small canes growing at the base ....is it normal & will the older canes flower again...should i leave them as it is or cut them...they look dry to me...kindly help with my queries
Older canes very rarely produce flowers but they act as energy reserve for the orchid..if at all the orchid suffers from root rot or dehydration or any other issues..these older canes will spend their energy to push out new growths..so I don't cut those n leave them attached to main plant 🙂
That is diatomaceous earth..I apply it regularly to control pests on my outdoor orchids.. especially ants ,gnats and all...it works for spidermites as well,so started using on my indoor phals as well.. 🙂
Hi...some phals ( species) will have shinier leaves than hybrids naturally.. I have never tried any commercialy available shiners...but I do use diluted lemon juice water to clean to leaves occasionally to get rid off dirt and deposits naturally ..that brings out some shine on the orchid leaves🙂👍
I ve bought denrobiun seedling pots n petals ....it's one stem is turning yellow leaves n slowly stem is turning yellow...wt I ve 2 do
Beautiful collection n awesome representation 👌🏼👍🏼
